We have come to St George this same weekend for the past 6 years, staying at various rental properties in the same area. What stood out to us, this particular stay, was how comfortable all of the furniture and bedding was, and how fully stocked the kitchen was from appliances to dishes. Everything was very nice quality, not the super cheap silverware from Family dollar. The host was very responsive and her first email was super informative, giving me all necessary information that I would need for check-in and check-out. In previous years, the water park was not complete, only the pickleball court. It was a pleasant surprise to have the lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tubs ready for use this trip. We will absolutely be staying here again next year, this same weekend for the rugby tournaments.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The heated pool was a highlight, especially with the slide and hot tub, which everyone enjoyed. Everything was well maintained and made it easy to relax and have fun. The host had a fast response time and was beyond helpful with recommendations for activities. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Our Family of 6 had a great time at this property, the Pool and lazy river are Heated and a highlight. there are 2 pickleball courts at the pool area and 4 paddles in the garage that we made good use of. the only slight negative was the house thermostats were kinda weird and we had no idea how to adjust them, luckily it seemed to not get to hot or cold so they must be automated or something. Other then that its a great property for the price.

Great place

Mike was an excellent host. The home was clean and very well stocked with whatever you may need as a home away from home. My kids enjoyed the games in the garage. Clear and minimal instructions of checkout duties.

Nice place and great hosts

The place is nice and well equipped. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Also allowed a late checkout. The thermostat and temperature was not intuitive leading to too hot/cold temps at times. Took one star off mostly because there was an HOA representative (vs disgruntled security guard?) that harassed us (mostly the kids staying with us) each time we used the pool.

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean, outfitted generously, with a great Floorplan layout. I especially loved the master bathroom. The only thing negative I could say about the whole place were the pictures of the pool complex. The wide angle lens makes it look much bigger than it actually is. That being said, it is a nice pool park, and nothing to really complain about. I didn't really see the need to exaggerate on the pool pics in the first place. I definitely would like to come back again. 😎

Great place for families!

We loved our vacation! The place is new, clean and so comfortable! We had plenty of room to spread out as a family of 6. Location was wonderful, there’s so much to do around the area. We loved the pool! The little extras around were a great addition- toys, basketball and going pong in the garage, and pickle ball supplies! Only down side was it was a busy holiday weekend, so the pool was packed and was impossible to get a spot. We appreciated the great place to stay!

Everything was great. Great value. The only issue we had was the electric vehicle charging plug in the garage couldn’t handle the current. The 30 amp circuit breaker would pop after a few minutes of charging. The circuit capacity needs to be increased maybe.

Great place to stay for family.

Great place to stay, the kids loved the TV in the garage, the scooters and the games. Everything was very clean and the master bedroom king bed was very comfortable. I just have a few suggestions, the Murphy bed is basically unusable because of the mattress. I’m sure that’s not your fault, just would be nice to have that extra sleep space. Also, it would be nice to have a little extra shampoo and conditioner. Thanks for a great place to stay😊
