This is the perfect place for a large family. The house had everything we needed. Our family loved the water slide, pool and pickle ball courts. We would definitely stay here again.

Very affordable, close to where we needed to be! It was nice to have all of my family together in one house. Plenty of space for everyone. Would stay again!

Excellent!!

Such a perfect home for several families to be all together! The kids loved the game room and the private hot tub is great! Beds were comfortable and awesome to have TV's in all the rooms! Definitely will be staying here again!

Great property with Community Pool

Clean and comfortable. Nice for extended family. Community pool was close and kids liked the lazy river.

Could maybe use at least on roll of papertowels.. And didn't find the small soaps and shampoo until the day that we left. Mmaybe put the Small amount of soap and shampoo on the counters in the bathrooms.

Excellent

We had an amazing time staying at this property with our family! It was the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and relaxation. The home was clean, well-stocked, had everything we needed, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our kids especially loved the pool—it was clean, safe, and a huge hit every single day. And for the adults, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after a full day of exploring or swimming.

We had a wonderful time. The home provides all of the needed amenities and is in a great location to see all that Southern Utah has to offer. Our kids especially loved the game room.

Great Property

My buddies and I stayed here for a St. George golf trip. We all had plenty of room to space out or come together to watch tv or jump in the hot tub. House was new and clean, beds were comfortable, and management was friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good

This unit needs a deep cleaning. The railing and walls were very dirty. The carpet was full of spots. We tried to use the vacuum but it was broken. I just think the owners need to be notified that it needs a DEEP cleaning. The ledge in the stairway needs to be cleaned. Everyone was super great about getting us additional trash bags and a remote for one of the bedrooms. That's why I gave it a good rating because we were treated very well. Enjoyed the pool and resort but was disappointed with the deep cleanliness of the unit.

So much room! Great pool.

Family vacation to attend my granddaughter’s graduation! The house was big enough for everyone to have plenty of room to move around or just lounge. Everyone loved the pool, lazy river, slide, hot tubs and play area. Loved that there was room for kids to watch a movie upstairs, watch a game downstairs, all while playing a game either at the dining table or outside at the table.

Quality family time in a great space!

We love the St. George area! This was our first time staying in Washington, and we will definitely be back. We really loved the Sienna Hills development, especially the swimming pool. We had nine adults and two kids under two with us. This home has a great layout for space and privacy. We enjoyed the private hot tub late at night, that was definitely a plus! We really enjoyed our sunny getaway!

Excellent

We were so amazed on how perfect our stay was. We slept comfortable 4-families to celebrate Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean and it felt like home. The kitchen was such a joy to cook in, I had practically everything I needed. We enjoyed the game room and the TVs were easy to use. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. With our stay we could do the Washington Rec Center and the kids loved everything provided there. I highly recommend- best vacation.

Had so much fun

Our stay was great! The Hottub on the property was so relaxing. The Lazy river pool was the best. We floated for hours. Met so many nice people at the Lazyriver pool. Ecerything we needed to cook was at the house. We had many nice meals together. sometimes out o. the patio and sometimes in the dining room. Rent this house you will not regret it.

Amazing Rental

Thank you so much for this wonderful rental. The house was phenomenal and my family had a wonderful time. There was an abundance of space and we felt right at home here. The pool area was an added bonus. We made many memories there and we loved the location of the rental. We were able to visit 3 national parks during our stay. When I had questions, I was able to reach someone immediately with the phone number left to call. Thanks again for helping to make our trip to Utah a success!

Perfect for a family gathering!

This home was perfect for our family gathering! We had 6 adults and 6 kids, and it worked out perfect for each couple to have their own room with a king sized bed and attached bathroom, and both the girls and the boys got their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean, the garage games were fun, and there were tvs and board games available. The property manager was amazing with communication. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer!
