Terrific house with so many amenities for kids of all ages!! Well maintained and fully stocked. Great location for many hikes with great restaurants. The house was nicely decorated too.

Great place!

First Utah Visit

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at this house. So much to do within a beautiful setting. We played several games and used the pool and hot tub. The only recommendations would be to check the temperature of the hot tub (more so warm than hot) and the do the patio door (it was a challenge to open and close). Overall, we had a wonderful time. A place I would revisit.

We had a great time! This is a fun place for adults and kids. Our grandkids loved the pools and they also enjoyed the games in the garage. It is put together well!

Fabulous Family Vacation Home

This home had everything we needed for all the age groups involved from 4 years up to 20 year old grandchildren. So many fabulous amenities and everything was well labeled and organized. We would definitely come back again. The home and neighborhood pool were fabulous all the way around. I can’t say enough about what an enjoyable time we all had together.

Great property

The property had everything we needed. We even skipped half our planned activities so we could just hang out at the house. There were more fold out twin mattresses than was listed so that was great. Those that stayed in the room with the bunk bed said it was warmer than the other rooms and the mattress wasn’t as good, but it was ok. Communication with the property manager when we had questions was prompt and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip out West

We had 10 people in this home ranging 7-75 for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. It was new and had all the amenities. All of our kids loved this home and it was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of instructions posted throughout the home, nice finishes, and an awesome backyard setup. We would definitely recommend! We visited Bryce Canyon and Zion during our stay here. Thank you!

Clean, spacious, bright!!! Private pool is a Game changer!

Location was central but quite! The check in & checkout process was straightforward & easy! Red Sands was the property manager. They were fast to respond, quick to fix, & very helpful!!! I’d book another Red Sands property without hesitation! The pool & hot tub lights were magical!!! They added so much to the ambiance! The sunbathing pool was nice to relax in, and perfect for the littles bc it was only about 18’’ deep. The hot tub was always occupied while watching movies on the big screen! It was an absolute hit with the teenagers. The little outside shower was great bc the kids would just wash off in between dips in the pool without going inside the house. Mini golf outside & arcade games in the garage gave plenty of options to do throughout the day. We spent 6 days here and never got board. (4 adults and 9 kids). The bedrooms were big & had lots of configurations for sleeping arrangements. The beds were super comfortable! Great quality of sheets as well! Didn’t love the pillows on the bed, they were very fluffy & not supportive. The bathrooms were clean & new! The master suite has a Large shower with two heads, double sink vanity & large closet! Loved having two sets of washers and dryers! The kitchen was big & well stocked! We used the crock pot, huge griddle, outside grill, toaster, & blender! It was a perfect getaway! Very relaxing and inviting! The kids and adults didn’t wanna leave!!! Thank you for providing a beautiful home with all the extras!!!

Wonderful rental house

The house is beautiful and well maintained. It is fully stocked with towels, linens, dishes, etc. for a large group. Plus, everything was labeled so you knew exactly how to work everything and where everything belonged. That was very helpful. The kids LOVED the pools and hot tub. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Awesome Family Getaway

Very well kept home with extras! We had our grandkids, many littles. They and their parents loved the kiddie pool! The older kids and adults loved the outside bar and soaking in the hot tub while watching movies. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Finally, the games in the air conditioned garage were a hit! We all had a great time.

So much fun!

The house was perfect for our big group of mom and kids. Plenty of places to sleep, extra bedding, plenty of towels, and so much entertainment! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things we needed to cook our meals. Our kids already want us to book to for next year! Communication was great and check in and check out was super smooth amd easy. Location was perfect, close to pretty much everything, and it was so quiet!

Family get away

I took my children and grandchildren for a weekend getaway. The house was clean, full of activities for all ages. Many towels for the swimming. 2 washers and dryers- I would happily reserve the home again. (my family also loved the home). The house was well stocked with every thing you would need on a stay.

The BEST

This was hands down the best property rental we have ever gotten! It was in the nicest neighborhood, central to sand hollow & Zion. It was absolutely immaculate. The backyard and arcade was everything our family could have dreamed!! No reason to leave except to see Gods scenery! Perfect! Wine and coffee by the fire pit was everythiiiinnng.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It was the perfect little getaway for our extended family! New, clean, and they truly thought of everything: the fun game room, heated pool + hot tub, plenty of pool toys, high chair, extra sleeper pads, colorful plates/cups (perfect for the kids to keep their drinks straight). The host was very responsive and helped us with all our questions. One small thing to note: the kitchen trash can was pretty small, not a full size 13 gal trash. It wasn’t a huge deal, but if you have a large group, you’ll be taking the trash out often. Would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back in the future!
