Hyatt better step-up their game concerning their breakfast. Probably one of the worst. French toast was like cardboard. Eggs ewh. Fruit tasted out of the can. For over $350.00 a night you'd think the free breakfast would be better. The hotel was very nice, Great views. Very clean. Should be a better breakfast.

Great location, convenient to airport and walking path to MGM casino. Cool ferris wheel and amphitheatre adjacent to hotel. Various dining options all within walking distance of hotel. Drop off area in front of hotel easy for pickup drop off by Uber into Capitol.

I'm senior citizen not having help with luggage although the desk staff came through, room service and very low toilet they said on every room. However the staff was awesome

This area is quiet, family friendly, with nice rooms, food options are plentiful nearby (walking distance) and getting to downtown DC was a breeze from there. Would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed the stay here at the Hyatt Hotel. It is one down fall which is the parking.There should be one flat fee for parking for the time you are staying here at the hotel.

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff and mangagement were superb. The property was clean, upscale, chique and unique. The National Harbor area has so much to offer and this property is smack dab in the mix. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would recommend this to anyone visiting the DC, and DMV area. We travel often and this property tops all of our recent stays and trumps other properties we've visited in DC.

The property itself was pretty good for visitors with little to no mobility/ handicap concerns. Unfortunately, my 93 year old mother-in-law was with my husband and I for her sister's funeral. My mother-in-law uses a walker for very limited steps and for longer distances she needs a wheel chair. That being said, she had a great deal of difficulty using the toilet. A couple of times my husband and I had to help her up! A very nice gentleman did bring and install a transition seat in the shower which helped tremendously. However, it would be helpful to install a hand-held shower.

Hotel was very quiet, very comfortable beds, love the area it was in also. Staff members were very nice, and I would like to give a shoutout to the bartender of Bar Harbor for making sure all the guests were accommodated on what turned out to be an extremely busy Monday evening. The three nights we stayed were the best!

This property is BEAUTIFUL!! My room had a view of the river and the view was gorgeous! The staff were so welcoming and cheerful. I really loved the vibe and atmosphere. Will go back in warmer weather!
