"The room was clean, staff ok but the $40 I spent on a long bath was horrible. Staff was loud and sprayed me while cleaning the tub next door. There was a problem client that was in and out of her tub due to heat. She should have left. I have been many times prior without a bad experience. This was definitely a bad experience. Don’t know that I will ever return."

"We had such a wonderful stay! We chose to upgrade to have our own private hot tub, which was fantastic. The staff was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The property was gorgeous and very peaceful. I highly recommend coming for a visit."

"Great place! The price point in the state matched. Great location right in the middle of everything Hood River has to offer. It was nice to walk everywhere. The hot tub was perfect and the sauna is a great hot temperature 195°. We stayed in a king size river view. Because the hotel was built in 1905, all the windows are small, but the views were very nice. I can’t really compare this to anything else in Hood River, outside of the best western as those are the only two that I’ve stayed in. Very...
