Best VRBO ever!

This was the nicest short term rental property we have ever stayed at! The property was extremely clean and accommodated my family perfect! We were in town to watch my college son play basketball at Utah Tech and Southern Utah. This area is a great location to be close to both schools. Having two bedrooms downstairs made it perfect for my husband and I to stay in the primary bedroom while my 70 & 74 year old parents stayed in the other. My 12 year old daughter loved having her own room and bathroom and my niece enjoyed the luxurious upstairs master bedroom/bathroom. The game room was perfect for all of us to hang out together to watch football!! Overall, this property had everything we could have possibly wanted. Thank you Brandy for caring about your guests and thinking of every little thing! You’re a great host!!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for adults.

It's hard to find a property with queen & king beds instead of a bunch of bunkbeds. The beds were comfortable and a private bathroom for each room!! The only thing we noticed was that the floors were very dirty and a few things didn't get cleaned. Our grandbabies came to visit and the high chair was dirty and their knees and hands were black from crawling in the floors. So they could probably be washed more often rather than just swept. The coffee maker and coffee grinder looks like it was just put away and not cleaned after use. Other than those few things, the stay was great! Would book here again.

Magical getaway!

This property was more than expected. The most beautiful home with extra touches in every room! ❤️ Access to the pool and hot tub was so relaxing and nice to have! Having a two stall garage was a nice bonus! This home was by far the coziest and homey place I have ever stayed.

Beautiful home and perfect location.

Our family rented this lovely house for a hiking vacation. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. There are many excellent hikes nearby. We also visited Zion and Bryce Canyon.

Incredible Accommodations, Just what we wanted!

I can't say enough how wonderful this property is. Beautiful and clean with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lovely bight décor. The tall ceilings were also fabulous and the spacious layout with 2 family rooms was perfect for our group. Mornings on the covered patio and a garage to park in were fabulous extras, not to mention the four bathrooms and well stocked kitchen was a huge plus for our group. The location was perfect for our needs and even though we were there at the hottest time of the year this home was such a comfort to return to after long days out playing in the sun. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay at a high end location with an affordable rate. Well worth the cost! Thank you so much for making our stay great.

Amazing Stay

The house was absolutely amazing! From the location to cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and all the utensils you needed. The house was well decorated and exactly like the pictures in the listing. It was located in the perfect area and close to many activities and restaurants. If we ever come out west again we would absolutely book this house again!
