We love staying in the Washington area when we go down to St. George. This town home was very nicely appointed and very clean. Everything worked well and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, clean, and very comfortable beds and couches

It’s rare to find a place that has really comfortable beds and couches but all of our kids commented on just that. Along with that everything worked as expected. Loved the layout of the house.

Beautiful property

This property was perfect for us. We didn't take advantage of the beautiful wrap around porch or the gas grill because winds were high and my allergies were crazy. Pools were very nice. Zion kicks our butts! I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home.

Felt very comfortable away from home. Nice community and close enough to travel to Bryce Canyon and Zion. Loved the State Parks near by with water! ( especially on the triple digit temperature days) Property Manager communication was timely and instructions helpful for entering and leaving at the end of our vacation. The only thing that would be helpful is instructions for using the remotes on the main TV. We limped along when we chose to watch TV but the bedroom set up was much easier with the remotes.

Great setup

Came out for the Ironman weekend. House was cozy and supplied plenty of space to plan and organize my gear for the race. Location was close enough St. George to grab food and supplies, and far enough away to feel secluded. Very clean and accommodating

Beautiful and comfortable

This was a very welcoming home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was beautiful. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The golf carts did come close enough to the window in the living room where the golfers would wave at us in the morning. If you like your privacy, you might want to close the drapes. The evening sun sets were beautiful. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely property.

Perfect Southern Utah Getaway

Rental home was perfect getaway location for 4 adult family members. Very nicely furnished home with all amenities. New home with great kitchen. Comfortable beds, nice linens, etc. Conveniently located near Zions National Park, St. George and some of the best golf courses in Southern Utah. Very nice community pool and hot tub located nearby. No hesitancy about planning to stay at same home on our next visit to Southern Utah.

We loved the house! It was very nice and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was no TVs in the 2 bedrooms the kids stayed in and no wifi connection for the master tv to watch Netflix, etc.

What a great place to stay! St. George is just lovely and close by and great day trips to Bryce and Zion. Super clean home that had everything needed! The pool was awesome too! We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Utah!

We had a great vacation in Washington and this location was one of the reasons The property has everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and accommodated our party of 10 and Zion is about 40 min very happy with our 4th of july week there.. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

This property was WONDERFUL. The listing does not do it justice. Beautifully furnished and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We cooked dinner several nights during our stay and it was just like cooking in our own kitchen. It was fun to watch the golfers tee off on the 5th hole. We played the new Copper Rock course (which was awesome) and Sky Mountain (which is always beautiful). The location of this property is great for people that want to golf in Hurricane (and not a bad drive for courses in St. George and Mesquite). One day we just hung out and binged shows on Netflix. I had to contact the property manager to have someone show me how the TV set up worked. The service guy showed up in just a few minutes and was very nice. After he showed us how everything worked, we were good to go. The thing I loved about this unit was that it was so quiet. I know there were families with little kids all around us and I did not hear them once. Going forward, this will be ou place to stay in Southern Utah.
