Great Accommodations

Clean, well maintained, & comfortable. Everything was as described & reasonable instructions are understandable. When disposal quit working, a friendly tech fixed in under an hour. No other issues and a very enjoyable stay.

Exceeded our expectations

Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen and more than enough room for the family. We enjoyed the games, toy room, table tennis and corn hole. Very happy with our stay.

Fun in the Sun!

The location of this home is fantastic if you're looking for a quieter neighborhood that's close to pretty much everything. It's a short 5-10 minute drive to grocery and several restaurants, about 45 minutes to Zion, 2.5 hours to Grand Canyon North Rim, and a couple of pretty great lakes. We enjoyed it all while we were there. The house itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable home away from home. The layout and size was perfect for us, along with two other small families. The fact that every bedroom had it's own bathroom was so amazing. We made lots of meals at the house and used the BBQ a few times. The ONLY somewhat complaint was not at all due to the house, but the community pool. We found it to be a little less cared for - mirky water, trash here and there throughout the pool area. Other than that, our stay was great and we absolutely recommend this rental!

Annual Family Trip

Brandy was very helpful and answered quickly. Property was lovely, full of thoughtful items: pantry, toiletries, large supply of dinnerware, and kitchen items. Having two microwaves was so helpful. It was a great place to stay.

Exceptional everything - hosts, amenities, and location!

My family of four (two adults and two teens) was traveling with two elderly friends to celebrate our son's graduation. The property had every amenity imaginable for a rental. Each and every item from the bedrooms to the kitchen was of high quality. When we experienced a minor issue - the microwave went out - the owners immediately replaced it! My family slept in the two bedrooms on the second floor, and we were able to give the two lower-level bedrooms to our elderly friends. The location was absolutely perfect for us - we were no more than a 2-hour drive away from all of the activities we had planned - North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, St. George and more! Our stay was absolutely fabulous, and we highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a group!

Great home

Clean, roomy home in a nice neighborhood. It was a little far from our planned events (Sand Hollow and Staheli Farm) but overall it was a beautiful home and worked well for us. The host was communicative and helpful!

Family vacation

House was just perfect for us, the rooms and items stocked were great. Location was also good for us and our needs. The only bad part was the house ‘looked’ clean but the floor was not clean, making us question the actual cleanliness of the rest of the house. After only an hour of being in the house our crawling grand daughter had black knees and feet - not at all what we expected from such a highly rated rental. Also I felt the response time from the property manager inside the VBRO app was a little slow. If I had an emergency I obviously would have called.

Excellent property at a great price

This four-bedroom home is located on the far west side of Washington, about six or seven miles from the center of St. George. It's a new neighborhood, lot of new home construction in the area and not much else happening out that way. But it's easy to get around, and you're just 10-20 minutes from just about anywhere you'd need to go. The house was spotless and everything was in excellent working order. We were surprised to see the bathrooms set up with travel shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as chocolates on the pillows. We thought that was a really nice touch...and somewhat unusual for these types of rentals. The house could easily sleep 10 or more. All bedrooms had queen beds, including two queens in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs had a large family room with a massive television, to compliment the large-screen TV in the downstairs living room. We noticed that because the houses in this neighborhood are situated closely together, if the neighbors are having a party (as happened both nights we were there), it can be a bit noisy. It would have been great to have white noise machines in the bedrooms to aid in sleeping. (Fortunately, the parties didn't go too late.) All in all this was an excellent option for our purposes. We noticed that this home lists for a slightly more reasonable price than many similarly appointed properties on VRBO in the St. George area. Many thanks, and we will be back!

Great value for our group

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The house was a perfect location for our needs with the fields 5 minutes away. The house was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was fairly quiet compare with others we've used in the past. Great choice overall. Although it's located in Washington, close access to the highway got us where we wanted to go prett quick. Would definitely look to stay again.
