Weekend Stay

Property was clean and well maintained, it is a nice quiet location but not too far from grocery stores. Having a comfortable recliner in the family room was a welcome bonus as that is the type of chair my elderly father is the most comfortable in. My only request would be for a few luggage racks in the bedrooms.

Place was beautiful plenty of space for our family great location as well…my only complaints were cleanliness issues…the master bedroom didn’t have a fitted sheet on the bed just a sheet thrown over mattress with the comforter and in the kitchen there was a dirty towel in the drawer along with dishes in the cabinet with food residue…but our family still had a great stay

Loved the location and property. Would stay here again. Recommend it. Everything worked. Pool areas were great, views were wonderful. Accessibility to metro area was very good. Things to improve , albeit still a lovely place: Was very sparcely appointed - shelves, etc were mostly empty. Would have loved a few items - deck of cards, game, puzzle, book, etc to feel more homey. Cleanliness was good but not necessarily 'covid sanitized and top notch' BBQ grill was great - but brush/scraper for the grill was used and devoid of cleaning ability. Harder to leave the grill clean at the end when the cleaning tool is nearly useless. Badly need a sunshade umbrella for the back patio table/seating - and additional chairs for patio would have been appreciated as well. Would recommend chair, bench or luggage rack for bedrooms. would recommend chair or bench for front entry - if you want people to shed shoes in the entry, a bench helps me put them on again by the door vs doing so in some other area of the house. No offense intended with the feedback. Simply comments to make the place even more outstanding.

VERY spacious!

Beautiful home! We loved the size. Loved the separate upstairs and downstairs living spaces. Everything felt spacious including soaring ceilings, beautiful sunsets over the mountains and golf course, even wide stairway felt spacious! Fun pool with a large toddler depth play area. Had a clog in the grill regulator, so I sent an after hours message on Facebook. Had a response in minutes asking if first thing in the morning was soon enough, which it was, and first thing the serviceman was politely in and out in no time flat! Hotel service with VRBO privacy. Thanks!

Great house! It was the right side for the friends !

Great house! Loved the space and privacy we all had. The cooking ware was falling apart as we prepared our food and the face washcloths were not in good shape worn out. The house needed a good cleaning with candy wrappers stuffed between the sofa pillows!!!

Wonderful location

We have stayed at this location previously. Upon arrival, we were very disappointed in the condition of the property. The floors were filthy, not vacuumed...toenails on the carpet, every window was covered in fingerprints, nightstands dirty, sink clogged. Called the after hours number with no response, emailed no response....we spent our first night cleaning :( Extra care should be high on your priorty list during this pandemic. I expect to be fully reimbursed for the cleaning fee. The assistant propert manager came by late to pull in garbage cans, he took pictures and was willing to stay and clean. It is 9 30 Monday morning and we have received no acknowledgement from your office.

Fun Time

When we got to the condo It looked like no one had freshened it up. It was very dusty and the kitchen floor was dirty. Other then that it was very nice and close to the pool. One suggestion I have is they need some hot pads for the kitchen, and a pancake griddle. We all had a very fun time. Thanks Nancy

Lots of space with a great view!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The pool was fun and relaxing. A short 10 minutes to sand hollow resort! The house was spacious and clean, but the best part was the beautiful view of the golf course and mountain scenery. The sunsets were amazing. We would stay here again!!
