Beautiful place and location!

Family stayed there for a weekend in Washington and had a great time. Close to the metro and places to eat.

Great neighborhood in Arlington

Easy access to public transportation. 15 restaurants within 10 minute walk, comfortable beds, kitchen is functional although it needs some more basic cooking pans.

Home Away From Home

Highly recommend this apt - pictures and descriptions are exactly as described. Communication was always excellent - professional & very fast responses.Check in Check out procedures were super easy. My family & I loved the apt - super close walking distance to Safeway, Target, Rosslyn Metro (this was key) and ea sy access to everything. We loved it so much we are coming back again next month (sadly, it'll be a shorter stay but happy to go back) Highly recommend this place!

Perfect for the graduation weekend

We used this apartment to stay in DC for our son's graduation from Georgetown. The location was perfect. We struggled with the lockbox for the key, but once we fixed that, everything was exactly what we needed.

Good location

This is a good location. The apartment does not sleep six as advertised. The apartment has a nice layout and the two bathrooms are convenient. The air conditioning was not very good and the blinds are non operational throughout the whole apartment.

Arlington Apartment

Convenient location to metro station and restaurants. Apartment was sparse in furniture and decorations. The beds were comfortable, but no TVs in bedrooms. The living room couches were small and very uncomfortable to sit in. The bathrooms were small and the lighting was poor. Master bathroom outlet did not work. In the master bathroom the hot/cold water was reversed in the sink and shower. All in all, the apartment was just ok.

Parking was difficult and was not a kid friendly building. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. No towels provided for the pool. We just washed the towers after using at the pool. Kids got scolded by the lifeguard for splashing at the pool. Not fun for a family vacation. Balcony did not have furniture to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a quiet evening after kids go to bed. Owner responded quickly even after hours when we couldn’t figure out the access code. Lots of closet space. Hall shower didn’t drain. Seems like this was a know issues. Plungers beside the toilet in each bathroom. We were asked to report any drain issues prior to departure on the last day. If you are okay with all that it wasn’t all bad. Metro, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store was all walking distance. There was a nude man that walked across his apartment for my children to view over the weekend. Weekdays were safe from him.

Serviceable, but not luxury

NOTE: This property is undergoing a massive renovation as of October 2023- expect some construction noise and disruption after 9am. This property is billed as a luxury apartment - it's not. It's a clean, serviceable apartment that is older and needs upgrades. It's in a great location, about 15 minutes to the Metro, and in close walking to bars, restaurants, grocery, and drug stores. The cable TV did not work. There was an incomplete set of sheets for the futon bed (which is not on a frame, you just set it out on the floor). I suspect the carpet could use a good cleaning as I had bad allergies while in the apartment. The blinds don't open/close smoothly, the smaller bedroom window didn't open. It does have a washer/dryer (which we didn't use), a dishwasher, and a Keurig which can do drip coffee or pods. It's a fine choice if you plan to be out and about most of the day and evening and are mainly looking to use for sleeping and maybe a quick breakfast.

The best place ever!

My family absolutely loved this place. If we ever stay in Arlington again,I will be checking this place out. The staff was amazing and the company checked on us to see if we were enjoying our stay.

Nice apartment

Do not recommend Envitae properties

There is not enough room here for me to write everything I have to say about this property owned/managed by Envitae. So, I will summarize as best I can: the air conditioning was not working in the apartment we rented. It was 83 degrees. The blinds over the sliding glass door were broken and laying on the floor. When the building engineer came to attempt to fix the AC, he replaced the filter and said it was filthy and the area in which the AC unit was located looked like it had never been cleaned. However, even after replacing the filter the temperature only got hotter. We were finally able to switch apartments to a smaller unit which had properly working AC. However, after finally getting our 10-month-old baby to bed, we began to realize the apartment was filthy. The first thing we noticed was the toilet had feces stains on it. My husband had to clean it. I immediately emailed Envitae about this and did not hear back for 3 days and only after I sent an additional email inquiring about a response and told them that in addition to the toilet issue, the kitchen floors and cabinets were filthy and the bathroom walls had stains. At that point, I did finally get a response in which Envitae insinuated I was lying about the cleanliness and told me that it was probably rust in the toilet, not feces. I know what I saw and it was not rust. Envitae did offer to send a cleaning crew to "tidy up" but by that point, I had cleaned the apartment myself. When I wiped the kitchen floor the lysol wipes I used immediately turned black with dirt. This lack of cleanliness is especially concerning with COVID. Envitae also told me they would credit me $200 because the apartment we had to move into was smaller. To date, I have not received that credit. On two occasions during our 5-day stay, we were unable to use the pool because the lifeguard had just put acid in it. I was a lifeguard for many years and a competitive swimmer for 16 years and I have never experienced anyone using acid that frequently and during peak hours of pool use. This was our first vacation with our 10-month old baby and the apartment was not as advertised: the HVAC unit wasn't working, blinds were broken, the apartment was dirty, and the pool was not usable as it should have been. Do not stay at Envitae properties. I won't ever again.

Truly incredible customer service

The property was nice, great location, lots of space for our family. But what made the stay truly incredible was the customer service. I was able to text with the property management company throughout our stay with any questions or concerns, and I was astounded at how quickly they responded and addressed even the most mundane issues. I would absolutely book through this company again for that alone.

Overall great stay

The apartment was lovely and a perfect fit for our needs. The only cons were that we experienced internet issues during our stay which made remote work a bit difficult, and we were only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week-long stay. However, Anthony/ENVITAE were quick to allow a free late check-out in light of these inconveniences. We greatly appreciated their flexibility!

Great place, great apartment

It was a fantastic choice. The apartment was clean, parking included. They are thinking also of the smallest kids(crib and high chair are available in the apartment).
