Terrible stay!!! Dirty, smelly but close to everything. Dirty underwear found on our bathroom floor upon arrival. Then found dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. The bedrooms are all lit up at night with the street and building lights outside, no blackout shades. Upon leaving found yet another dirty item on top of our closet, washcloth with make up all over it!!! Stay away….. this place is gross!!!

Nice Location

The overall amenities of the property are well appointed. The common areas and pool area are very nice. The unit is spartan at best in terms of minimalism. The dining chairs are old and not very supportive. The balcony area does not have anything to sit on. Upon arrival, the floors were dirty with muddy dog paw prints in front of the sliding door. The beds are very comfortable.

Serviceable, clean, safe

This apartment was home base for graduation weekend. It was clean and secure, and served us well. We'd recommend the following: In an urban setting, black out shades are a must. The lightweight roller shades were insufficient. The furnishings are bare bones and feel very cheap. The flooring is new and nice but some area rugs would be appreciated. The memory foam mattresses need to be off-gassed. It would be appreciated if the towels included a washcloth, hand towel and bath towel for each person, and some kitchen towels would be nice. All that said, the apartment was very clean and well located for our DC needs. I leave this along with a 4 star review as a courtesy to future renters. Linda Charvonia   The Ocean is My Medicine

Short Stay in DC

Location was great, communication excellent, clean, very minor issue was taken care of immediately. Would stay here again. We also recommend Lyft as transportation around the city. It was stress free and seem less. Thank you so much!

Great Stay in Rosslyn

Great clean apartment. Unfortunately, our key fobs didn’t work. However, we were able to use the app and code which worked perfectly. We had a clogged drain in the tub but maintenance came and fixed it immediately. It was very easy to communicate to management of any problems questions etc. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone that is visiting the area.

Nice sunny apartment

It was a good stay. The floors weren’t very clean (given we had a kid) and there is construction in the building which was not ideal and noisy. But the location is walking distance from supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops and a laundromat.

Just Right

Comfortable stay in a very good location for visiting Washington DC. Convenient to transportation, restaurants, and grocery. Felt safe for our family to walk in the neighborhood during day and night. Accommodations were newly renovated and clean. 2 comfortable beds and extra mat (not mattress) for the floor works for a small child. Nice bathrooms and small but adequate kitchen. The check-in directions with app and code to enter building was a bit confusing and phone support from management company was helpful to solve problem. Overall we had a great stay and were glad we chose the nice accommodations.

Clarendon Apartment

The apartment unit is gorgeous with huge windows. The space can accommodate families with children a wide variety of age ranges. The water power in the showers is excellent. Everything was clean and the property management team checked in periodically to ensure we arrived okay and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our family absolutely loved the proximity to the metro and local dinning and entertainment. We had an amazing experience.

Great apartment in Rosslyn

This apartment is close to the metro, a grocery store and Starbucks. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. The building is under renovation, which I did not realize. The door from the street to the elevator bank e street did not lock. With very few lights at night it was a bit tough to know you were at the right building. Overall I enjoyed our stay here and am glad we booked it.

Excellent location, excellent price

Don’t miss your opportunity to rent this apartment on your visit to Washington D.C. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the Iwo Jima memorial and Arlington Cemetary. The metro stop is 3/10 of a mile down the street. There are bar/restaurants on Wilson which is a block away from the apartment. My wife and I are walkers, so we even walked to the national mall to see the memorials there. It’s a hike, but doable. If not, walk down to the metro and go sightseeing. Right now, there is construction going on in the apartment building, but they start around 8:00 and are finished for the day between 4:00 and 5:00. For me, the construction noise wasn’t a huge deal. Plus you are probably sight seeing during the day. Additionally, once the construction is done, I’m sure the rates will go up for this convniently located apartment. Take advantage while you can.

The Perfect Apartment!

This was the best stay we had during our 12 day trip from Boston to Chattanooga. We suffered on hotel mattresses in every other place, but the mattress at this condo was HEAVENLY! As my husband and I are heavy set, this was such a relief for us. I loved having access to a washer and dryer which allowed us to only need to pack for 7 days instead of all 12. The location was perfect for ubering into DC and there were several food options nearby. This was seriously the best experience I have had with a VRBO property.

The location was nice, the down side was we were not made aware of the extent of the construction going on in the building itself. Jackhammers were not what I was expecting. We had a rental car for the drive up and were only going to use it and turn it in the next day. They said we were obligated to pay for the full stay for parking regardless if we needed it or not. Even tho that was not stated anywhere. I did get a message from a different property person in regards to make it right. Some blinds were messed up along with the lock for the glass on the sliding glass door. Which was a huge safety issue with a toddler. We contacted them and they got it fixed by the next day. Whether we were there or not or comfortable with them coming in with our personal belongings in there without us. It was fixed. The water was almost gray in color and we were told they had not heard from the building about it. But to run it for 5-10 minutes. Which did not always help and we were doing that almost daily. We also had to leave the space almost as we got it, we did not make the beds or put towels up as they were dirty. The space was great for what we needed. They supplied coffee and dishes and pots and pans. The view was great. Overall I think once a few kinks are worked out this place will be great.

This apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant) when we traveled from Seattle to DC before Thanksgiving! The location in Rosslyn is excellent, walkable to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the metro. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything we needed and a very nice living room for us and our kids to hang out in. We added on-site parking, which was easy/right below the apartment building. Communication was also great with the property manager both before and during our stay. We’d highly recommend staying here, and look forward to returning again for our next east coast trip!

Great location roomy apartment

The apartment is exactly how listed. Easy walk to metro, grocery, coffee and restaurants. The apartment complex is undergoing major renovations, it was on floors not near us so no noise. I would double check with very responsive team who manages the listing. Would rent there again

Quick Trip-Great Place

Quick trip for the football game. The property and area were nice. Although minimal time was spent in the unit, it was nice to have a comfortable space to return too. Communication with property manager was good and the building manager on site was very pleasant. Parking is a little confusing but management on site assisted. I would definitely consider staying at this place again or other properties based on my experience. Go Bills!

Family Vacation in DC

Easy access to subway, and restaurants and grocery shopping. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. Quick responses by host to any questions that arose during the stay. Clean appartment. The pool was perfect for our 15 and 8year old. The only thing to note about the pool is that it is not open early in the morning (weekends from 10-8 and weekdays 12pm-8pm).
