Great place to stay in Washburn

Had a great weekend stay, the house was very clean and well kept. The owners have done an excellent job fixing it up. The owners do a great job with communication as well. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for our winter weekend

We stayed at Cheryl’s place for the Book Across the Bay. While the weather didn’t cooperate for the event, the house was perfect for our weekend. The interior was warm and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was also perfect with easy access to Bayfield, Washburn, and Ashland. Sheryl checked on us multiple times during the weekend and was very personable. We would certainly stay here again.

Sister Trip

The house was perfect for us three sisters. The area is so fun to visit. The house had everything we needed, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It was even perfect for the rainy day when we stayed in and played games. We highly recommend it.

Driftwood Cottage Vacation

We had a great time staying at this property. The owners gave easy to understand instructions for checkin and the checkout process ahead of time and had this info posted in the house. They had everything stocked that we needed (including a spice cabinet and lots of games!). They also had current travel guides in the house which helped a lot. I would highly recommend!

Cozy and comfortable!

Two friends enjoyed a couple enjoyable evening here while in the area for a Women’s mountain bike camp. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but enjoyed every moment we did, and slept great!

Nice Place

The home was incredibly clean and very well appointed. Nice updates to the home and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Nice back yard and firepit to enjoy during stay. Deeply appreciated the check instructions on the refrigerator and emergency numbers. It was a great home and perfect for a family with kids. Bedrooms are tight so if looking for space In sleeping area this isn’t for you, but don’t let that discourage you from staying at this lovely home.

First Time at Washburn

The house was delightful! Not only was it clean and ready for us to settle in, but the owners have loaded it up with quality games, towels, body wash, and almost anything you can think of for our ease. We greatly enjoyed our time at Bayfield and part of this was undoubtedly this VRBO!

Home away from home!

We were so impressed by the beautiful homey decor of the Driftwood Cottage! Pride in ownership. Spotless and clean in every way. I got several decorating ideas for my own home! Location was great, all of our needs were met and more. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect size for our family

Great place to stay if you are in the bay area. Everything we needed was there and the location is great if you enjoy small towns and walks down by the lake. Would stay here again and recommend. Very clean and everyone was friendly.

The perfect getaway with everything

The property was clean, very well organized, stocked with everything needed and comfortable. It had a very homey feel. Ir was close to town with great places to eat and grocery store. We extended our stay by another night because of ice and snow storm. Working with owner was quick and easy. The sinage around the home was very useful from the WIFI PW to dishwasher settings to cords on the drapes. Would definitely stay here again.
