"Very well located for visits to Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and the surrounding area. Although on a main road, our room was at the back of the property and we were untroubled by any road noise. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout."

"The hotel does not live up to the advertising. It is not aging well. The lift was broken throughout our stays. The floors are extreme creaky and you hear everybody moving throughout the building.
