"The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."

"What a lovely place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We parked up the car at the back of the pub and left it there for two days because everything you need is right there. We did a great walk from the pub and bought essentials from the little shop at the campsite opposite. The food at the pub was great . I highly recommend."

"Beautiful, cosy two bed cottage, there was a double room and a room with bunk beds (plus a sofa bed we didn't use). "Quiet location on a small farm (29 acres) just outside Buxton. Very well equipped kitchen and good internet/wifi. Friendly helpful owners who live on-site. Great location and a base for the Peak District walks plus there is a nice walk from Cowdale farm to King Sterndale. If you’re into climbing there is a rock face used by climbers less than 500 metres from the accommodation."
