Muy bueno
Muy bien un departamento limpio y muy bien ubicado en el centro de Varsovia, se puede acceder al casco histórico por tranvía o metro a pocos metros.

El apartamento era una lujo, precioso, cómodo con todo lo necesario. No hay más que decir. Excelente estancia. Sin duda para repetir.

Eran las 5 de la mañana del dia 18 y pretendi contratar por esas horas en este hotel en Bagno 2 (ya que adelante 1 dia la llegada a Varsovia). Evidentemente hubo un error en la reserva ya que a partir del 19 tenia 3 dias de reserva en el apart enfrente en la calle Bagno 5 y no hubo forma de entender y no tuvieron la gentileza de contemplar el error. Tuvimos que contrstar el Novotel por esa noche con el gaato extra de movilidad y doble imputacion.

Thank you kidly for your feedback. I'm raelly sorry that you are dissapointed. As you've made your reservayion on 19.05 at 1AM, we couldn't accomodate you straight away as check in time is 2PM on 19.05. We were in fact fully booked 18/19.05. We would obviously try to check you in as soon as any room would become available, but unfortunately that wasn't possible at 2AM on 19.05. We hope that you did spend good time in a hotel of your second choice.

Apartamento estupendo. Pero con cucarachas
El apartamento está impecable en cuanto a nuevo, muy elegante y con buenas calidades, cocina muy práctica y con buen menaje. Baño muy bonito y nuevo y todo bastante limpio. Tenia detalles como cafetera con sus bolsitas de café y te. La única pega es que todos los días vimos varias cucarachas que matábamos y al día siguiente otra vez, así que imagino que habría un nido cercano. Se lo dije al de recepción al hacer el checking out, pero no me prestó la menor atención, o tal vez no me entendió la palabra cucaracha en inglés. Una pena porque es un edificio estupendo, y se estropea con las cucarachas, que no te apetece convivir con ellas, y sobre todo encontrártelas por la noche. Casi siempre era por la zona de la nevera.

Thank you for your feedback. It is preciuos to us. I must say that we do understand of a word cocroach in English, and I must say that clear that we dont have them in our building. Building is new and very modern. Used as well as office area, private rent apartments and we wouldn't let insects to be in the building and apartrments of course. As well as that on a frequent basis we have disinfestation checks. From the other hand I really apreciate your apartment was new, very elegant and with good qualities and was clean as you wrote. Thank you again for your feedback.

Exclusive Aparthotel
Era un apartamento para 4 personas, pero solo había una cama de matrimonio, y las otras dos personas tenían que dormir en un sofá cama muy incómodo. Además, la calefacción no paraba de hacer ruido durante toda la noche. No obstante, es apartamento es bonito.

Departamento moderno en Varsovia
Es un apartamento nuevo, ubicado en una zona tranquila, cerca de la estacion de tren ( 5 minutos auto), con sitios cerca para comer. Te puedes movilizar muy facilmente ya que el metro esta cerca y los taxis en varsovia no son caros. A menos de 10 minutos del centro historico. Vale la pena quedarse en este apartamento, muy comodo, limpio y con todas las facilidades

Decoración y diseño espectacular. Ubicación excelente con el metro al lado en el centro de la ciudad. Preciosas vistas. Sólo dos pegas: no tiene microondas y la cama del sofá es incómoda.

Apartamento céntrico y bien equipado
Es un apartamento completamente equipado para vivir (horno, microondas, lavavajillas, etc) y precioso, muy próximo al centro y bien comunicado, junto a estación de metro y oficina de turismo. El único inconveniente es que la cama y el sofá cama no eran muy cómodos.

clean and luxurious apartment hotel
It is a very clean and luxurious apartment hotel. I used it very comfortably. However, it was uncomfortable for water to flow out of the bathtub when taking a shower in the bathtub.

Quality of the apartments was decent. We booked several apartments for a family trip. Unfortunately we had units on various floors, this was an issue because you can only go to the floor of your own apartment (key fob needed for elevator only allows you to your floor).

매우 만족스러운 숙소
처음 체크인 할 때 데스크에 아무도 없어 5분 정도 당황했지만, 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 공간도 넓고, 깨끗하였으며, 필요한 사항을 요청하였을 때 즉시 처리가 되었습니다. 옛 유태인 게토지역 안에 있어서 도보와 대중교통으로 바르샤바의 주요 지역을 쉽게 다닐 수 있었고, 걸어서 6-7분 거리에 재래시장도 있어서 구경하는 재미도 있었습니다. 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

Lovely place in the city centre
As a family of 5 persons, apartment was good sized and answered to all of our need during 3-night stay at Warsaw. Location was perfect close to city centre and service was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed but some renovation is needed. Safety locker was broken and there some issues with water taps but otherwise there were no big issues during the stay.

Good location
Check-in: they couldn’t find our reservation until I provided the booking number, a bit strange to be met with “There’s no booking under that name” but then there actually was. The dishwasher was broken but didn’t bother us since we didn’t use the kitchen at all. We had a two bedroom apartment “Vendi” but one bedroom did not have windows, it’s more like a big closet with a bed. Roomy apartment, kind of sparsely furnished. Great location close to subway, tram and busses and a short walk to the cultural palace. Check-out: we left at 530am and the “24/7 reception” was not staffed. We tried calling the number several times but no answer. Ended up leaving the keys inside the apartment. Texted the reception but heard nothing back.

Location was very good , garage parking was big but you need to pay 100 per day, apartment size was big, the only issue with the key, that you have one key only and which you need to use it in the elevator too, better if they give you 2 at least.

They only give you 1 key for the whole family. Even is there are 4 adults renting on two bedroom apartment. And since you do not have any access to elevator or even to stairs without that room key you always have to have that one key on you on you. If it is locked, the room doesn't open from inside without the key as well. So the problem is that if one of the family leaves the room that person has to take the key with him to be able to leave and to come back, but the rest has to remain in the room without ability to leave, to use elevator or stairs or even make it to the underground parking. I was constantly worried about my husband and toddlers when I left them in the room locked(for the night time), that they wouldn't be able to leave the room in a case of fire. I have no idea how that could comply with the fire safety: If there is a family locked inside a room, who wouldn't be able to leave in a case of fire or any other emergency. They at least have to allow for all the adults that rent their rooms to get a separate key. Another thing is that they do not clean. So you have to figure out as a tourist staying there for more than a couple of days on how to clean your room, or how to get fresh towels. The good thing is the Sossier restaurant and Otrebusy bakery right next to the to the building, so you can always get fresh and tasty and not too expensive food to you room while wearing pajamas. Which is very convenient.
