Spacious Family Home w/ Fireplace & Fire Pit

  • Kennedy House is a lovely home located in Grayson, KY. Sparkling clean and containing lots of homey touches, you'll find this the perfect place to gather with family and friends. On the main level, there is a fully furnished kitchen, a dining room, a cozy living room with a fireplace (bring your own wood), a master bedroom/bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds, and a full bath. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a spacious play and reading area. Outside you'll find a spacious yard and a lovely patio area with a fire pit for gathering outside. We are located only a few miles from the city of Grayson.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    - We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

    - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

    - Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

    - Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Location was perfect for our work trip and very clean and comfortable! If you like to watch TV you will not like staying there as there is none. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet home with all the amenities you could ask for. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and we could’ve easily fit more. Perfect getaway for our activities at Grayson Lake. We will definitely stay here again next year!

The moment we arrived, we were drawn into a quiet and beautifully decorated house perfect for our family. The house is SO well-suppled for guests! We loved it!

The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Our grandchildren loved the layout and everyone being together. I would definitely stay there again. My only concern was we couldn't find an outside trash can and I didnt know what to do with the trash when we left. I hated just leaving it in the house but I didnt want critters getting into it outside.

Beautiful home and proerty! Had everything we could have needed. A true escape to the hills of Kentucky. We will definitely be back if we are coming to Grayson.

Three senior couples had a wonderful time in this comfortable house during our three-night stay to kayak nearby Grayson Lake. Upon arrival, we discovered towels in the dryer, and refrigerator shelves and a coffee pot that had not been cleaned. The shower curtain liner in the master bath should be replaced. We reported that there were no bags for the tall kitchen trash can, and purchased some after not receiving any. Reimbursement for the cost of the trash bags was offered. One downstairs full bathroom is at the opposite end of the house from the bedrooms.
