The Space:

This impressive detached villa with an area of 840 m² has been designed to offer an unforgettable stay for a large group of friends or a multigenerational family, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The interiors, decorated in a timeless and elegant style, combine classic aesthetics with modern amenities. Spacious and sunny rooms dominated by wood and light colors create an atmosphere of luxury, warmth, and tranquility.



Spread over several levels, the villa offers 28 rooms designed for both shared moments and peaceful relaxation. At the heart of the house is a spacious living room with a dining area, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. After an eventful day, guests can enjoy a home theater room with a 65-inch SmartTV and Hi-Fi Audio system, offering a true cinematic experience. Two additional SmartTVs in the living room and bedroom provide entertainment for everyone.



On the ground and upper floors, there are seven comfortable bedrooms with wardrobes. Four double beds (160 cm), one king-size bed (180 cm), and two fold-out sofas (140x200 cm) ensure flexible sleeping arrangements. All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, providing a pleasant temperature all year round. Guests also have access to three fully equipped bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as three separate toilets. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer.



The large kitchen, equipped with professional appliances such as an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, fridge with freezer, and capsule coffee machine, is perfect for preparing meals together.
