The kitchen is fully equipped for short or extended stays, with all essential appliances and cooking facilities. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished to ensure a restful stay.

Accommodation Use
The property is provided strictly for lodging purposes only. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. No smoking or vaping inside.

Fire Safety
For your safety, please avoid any activities that may cause fire hazards. Cooking appliances, irons, and other heat-related equipment must be used with care and turned off when not in use.

Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property unless they are officially certified service animals. If you plan to bring pets, you must inform us in advance. An additional charge will apply for pets. Please select this option when adding guests to your booking

Noise
Please keep noise levels low at all times, especially during nighttime hours, to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 11.00 PM – 7:00AM

Extra Cleaning
If the property is left in an excessively dirty or untidy condition beyond normal use, additional cleaning fees may apply.

Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Early check-in is subject to prior approval only.
Late check-out fees (without approval):

* 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: $30
* 11:00 AM – 11:59 AM: $80
* After 11:59 AM: Full nightly rate will apply

• Government-issued photo ID is required.

• Before Sunday night, please put the Yellow and Purple bins out on the street for collection on Monday morning.
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
• Turn off lights and air-conditioning when going out.
• Early check-in is subject to approval and extra charges.
• Initial toilet paper is provided; extra supplies may be needed.
• ⁠If you use the BBQ, please make sure it is cleaned after use. Otherwise, an additional $75 cleaning fee will apply.
