The address on your listing is different on your listing and direction, instead of zero at the end the mailbox is 9.....there is no additional marker on the house or party....difficult in the rain and dark. The wifi shows as a capital T to begin with what we were sent, only works with a small t. Maybe minor to you but accuracy is everything trying to check it.

Quaint and quiet!
This is a terrific place to sit and read inside or on the deck overlooking the ocean view. Just under a 1/2 mile walk to beach access that is so peaceful and people are sparse. There is one flight of stairs to enter the upstairs apartment so plan ahead.

Comfortable with an ocean view
The apartment is above the garage at the owner’s beach home. Very clean and decorated nicely. It was close enough to Astoria, but far enough away that it was quiet in the evening, away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay!

Ocean Delight was Just Right
Loved the neighborhood and this nicely appointed studio. It was perfect for what we needed…full size fridge, micro wave, toaster oven and sink were adequate for our breakfast meals. The walk to the beach was an easy 1/2 mile. Neighborhood was quiet. Washer and dryer were a bonus. Could use a couple of new chairs on the deck.

Cozy Little Getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful stay for our mini honeymoon vacation. The neighborhood was secluded and tucked away and we were perfectly located to either travel to Astoria for the day or Cannon Beach. Highly recommend this place!

Great use of space
Beautiful neighborhood with great views. Loved having a washer and dryer and good use of a small space. Could use coat rack hooks by front door and additional hangars. Nice cross breeze opening the slider and windows. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!
We came from FL to visit our kids now stationed here with the USCG. It was the perfect neighborhood! It was in a gated community and we felt so comfortable that we slept with the windows open every night! We walked to the beach and saw deer and elk. There was a great little town about 4-5 miles south at Seaside. Had a wonderful dinner at Nonni’s Italian Eatery (highly recommend). Though there was a little bit of construction going on at the property, the owner popped by to check on the progress and was very kind and helpful. He was very proud (& rightfully so) on the progress on the upgrades to the property yet very humbled. We stay often with VRBO and this was one of our favorites! We will definitely be back while our kids are still in this area! This is definitely one of the A+ properties!

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at this cozy property! Everything was just as described - the view was lovely and the bed comfortable. Very clean and perfect for a weekend away. The heater turns on and off, to maintain temperature, without a constant fan setting, which can be a little disruptive to sleep; but not a huge issue. We will definitely look forward to our next visit!

Parents get a way
My wife and I were able to take a vacation without the kids. This is what we were looking for. Quite, ocean view, enough of an kitchen to stay in but no need to cook, and comfortable. It was all of those things. Loved that we were close to Cannon Beach and seaside but had our own quite beach to walk and enjoy the ocean. Great place for a couple.

Overall, would stay again
Good place to stay. Bed is comfortable but 2 pillows are flat and 2 are like a wad of quilt batting: replace. As other reviewers have said you have the basic kitchen items but no condiments while they generously supply Kirkland Coffee pods there is no sugar or cream packets so bring your own. There is a washer and dryer however they are basic and loud and they shake the floor so plan accordingly. Also there is no longer a table on the outside deck so don't count on having a meal out there unless you use your lap.

Perfect for two
We loved this place. It was perfect for the two of us. Private. Quiet. Up secure private stairs with a private deck to watch the ocean sunset. Great amenities. Keurig coffee pot, microwave, full fridge/freezer, essential kitchen supplies, full washer & dryer, TV, luxurious bathroom, comfortable queen bed, and seating for eating and watching TV. Designated parking spot. Loved everything about this place. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful Place & Pointers for your Trip
You will park in front of the single car garage. The door to your place is near the fountain on the side of the two car garage. It may be a small kitchen but fully appointed! You won't have a stove top, but there is a toaster oven, microwave and crock pot. Plenty of towels, but if you like good stuff, bring your own toilet paper and paper towels.😂. Very comfortable bed, loved the shower! Using my iPhone and Fitbit I measured the walk to the #3 sign at the top of the dune by the beach is 6/10 of a mile from your door. It took me 10 minutes to walk. I was saddened to see it is a beach where there are far more cars than people. Further south in Oregon, they don't drive on the beach. You can see the water and part of the waves from the cabin. Lovely place to stay.

Comfy coastal condo
We stayed at this condo over a long fall weekend and enjoyed this clean, comfortable apartment with a view of the coast. This property is in a gated community off Hwy 101 between Warrenton & Gearhart, so easy to find. We were serendipitously greeted by a migratory herd of elk in the driveway when we arrived at this well cared for, private coastal property and enjoyed our stay here. There is a lovely sunset view of the ocean from the back deck. It is a bit more of a hike to the beach if you want to take a walk along the waves. Keep in mind that this apartment is up a flight of stairs and while it has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, there isn't any stove or dishwasher. So if you have a physical disability or plan to do a lot of cooking, this may not be ideal for you. Visiting during the pandemic, we did take-out dining and the kitchen area is adequately equipped to do that. Overall, it's a quiet, comfortable coastal place for a single or couple to stay.

Adorable in a great location!
My fiance and I loved this place. We booked for a weekend get-away from Seattle. She loved how quaint the suite was and the deck was amazing. Location-wise, it was perfect. 5ish minutes from Seaside, 20ish from Warrenton & Astoria. Unfortunately, we cut the trip short due to the wildfire smoke.

Couldn’t be happier with this property. Perfect location for us. You can see the ocean and it was a simple walk to the beach. The property is clean and well kept.. Although it’s a studio it feels more like a small cottage.

Couple of nights in carriage home
Lovely place with sun setting nature view. Check in was a little challenging as the unit is in a gated community and instructions did not include the passcode to get in. A neighbor gave us the code to get in and when we arrived there was quite a bit of food in fridge and clothes in closet that must have belonged to previous guests. Just never cleaned out. Also fridge needed wiping down and there was only plastic cutlery. Other than that the unit was comfortable, new and in a very pretty setting
