We had a few hiccups in our stay, including no water due to busted water lines upon arrival. "This is a very cozy and private place to stay. The amenities, the appliances, the furniture, the wood stove, the fire pit, and the wi-fi was all great and easily accessed and usable. It was nice, clean, and modern. The fold out sofa bed sleeps good. I got to watch deer grazing in the tree farm on the hill. The road in was doable with my extended cab, long bed, dually 2 wheel drive, even after the 10 hours of rain."

"I had such a wonderful time here, enjoying the peaceful river view and sunrise over the mountains each morning! The tiny house was great, very cozy and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I had a few friends stay with me some nights and we were comfortable, though it would be tight for more than 2 people for a longer stay. The farm stand down the road was a great find too, as was Todd Mercantile. I would happily stay here again! "
