Home was spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having a separate kids playroom and the hot tub hit the spot after skiing. Very convenient location to Gore with restaurants nearby. Friendly host, would love to stay there again!

Host was very accommodating and responsive. House was great for our group ESPECIALLY the upstairs game room. The teenage boys migrated up there which allowed the rest of us to hear ourselves think. The hot tub was great after a cold day on the slopes. Would book again in a heartbeat.

The house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults in our family that stayed there while visiting Warrensburg for our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. We were all comfortable and the house could easily accommodate more people. It was warm and inviting with the gas fireplace and Christmas decorations, and I’m sure it’s equally nice with the pool and hot tub in the summer. The house is very conveniently located near Lake George and the nearby mountains, and we felt very safe and the neighborhood is quiet. The hosts checked in with us during our stay and were very kind and responsive. I highly recommend this home and look forward to possibly visiting in the summer or fall.

Wonderful rental, the hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The property was clean, kitchen stocked with essentials. We absolutely love the house and the property. The kids enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Would highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike and Tori’s beautiful retreat. We had 7 adults, two kids, and a little dog. There was plenty of room for everyone and we built some great memories . We went out for runs in the morning and walks in the evening. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. There was plenty of parking. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Showers were strong. Kitchen was well stocked for us. We made breakfast and modest cooking. We also BBQed. We had everything we needed. Outdoors was fun and relaxing. We used the fire pit and jacuzzi. It was a little chilly to use the pool, because we didn’t want to heater on. We made smores and had some wine and good conversation. The jacuzzi was relaxing and it comfortably fit 5. The BBQ outdoor bar was so nice. The grill was large enough to grill steaks, wings, sausages, and veggies all at once, what a beautiful night. Throughout the week, we drove into town and enjoyed the lake. It was about a 12 minute leisurely ride. Parking was easy. We also cruised the lake with Waterfront Lake Cruises, did the Thurman station Revolution Rail biking, and Zip-lining with Adirondack Extreme. All activities were within 15-20 minutes away and we had such a great time. We also visited local restaurants, supermarkets and butcher shops. So many options and all were fantastic. Final word, we loved everything and we can’t wait to visit again. Thanks,Steven and family.

My family stayed here from 7/13-7/20/25. We were a group of 14: 7 children ages 1-6, 6 parents and 1 Momo(Grandma). Also, our 12-year old dog joined us. This house is made for a group and provides a clean, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, including a beautiful pool that provided hours of late afternoon fun.The location is ideal for nearby beaches, hiking, shopping, ice cream and restaurants. We went to Whiteface, The North Pole, took a bike ride with the group along the Hudson River, rode the Minne-Ha-Ha, Expedition Park with the rides and dinosaurs, Martha's along with picnic lunches and beaches.There is so much room inside this house to be together and plenty of areas to escape if you need to. The little ones enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub and the Dad's really liked the game room. Every evening, after the kids were in bed, the adults played plenty of games/cards and shared stories and laughs.This is a great house!

Annual Friends Adventure

3 long time couples plan an adventure, and this year was the Lake George area. This property offered everything we look for and we enjoyed both the house, grounds and proximity to Lake George Village and all the activities we wanted to do.Very quiet and lots of space. Kitchen was well appointed, and we cooked in several times during our 4-night stay.

Great Place

Great spot. Did an October weekend and had a blast. Got to use the outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Didn’t get to use the fire pit there but it looked ready to use in good condition. Inside of the house was great, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling, rooms were in great condition and our group of 13 each had their own comfortable beds to stay in. Communication with the host was great, they responded to my messages in a timely manner both before and during our stay. Definitely recommend this booking.

Quiet Retreat

Clean, nice layout, flat property and all well-kept. We were very disappointed that the pool heater was broken. All of us were older folks who needed that 80+ pool! Was fixed 4PM the Friday B4 we were to leave. A real shame. Not the owner's fault as stuff happens and the pool guys were really backed up, but ....

Amazing! Everyone Loved It

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is a great place for a larger group. The layout is great for groups with something for everyone. The upstairs room with fooseball and big screen TV was the kids favorite hang out. The kitchen was well stocked and immaculate and all of the utensils, pots, pans, etc were very clean and the drawers were well organized. I had a very easy time preparing food and found everything I needed. The driveway offered plenty of space for parking. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and easy to get to. The hot tub was a hightlight! Very clean and both the kids and adults loved it. The pool was not yet open but I'm sure is great. The outdoor space is a dream! The host was easy to reach, responsive and very accomodating. We will be back!

Great Escape in A Perfect Home!

This is the third time we did a family trip with our grownup children and grandchildren. And this was by far the best one yet in terms of the house layout and the outdoor pool area. Plenty of space to spread out with one of my older granddaughters claiming the entertainment room for her bedroom. Location is great for getting around Lake George and surrounding areas. Plus we discovered the wonderful smokehouse, Oscars, minutes away and had bought their products for delicious bbqs. The house owner, Michael is phenomenal! Super responsive and helpful. Any minor issues we informed him of were taken care of immediately. Could not ask for better service. If interested in staying around Lake George do not think twice especially if you have a larger group like we did. Thank you again Michael for being such a great host even while not being there! Lots of great new family memories from this vacation!

Great family home

Home is as pictured on VRBO. Beautiful home and pool. Close enough to main street to enjoy the lake without being in the middle of everything. Everything was supplied, towels, sheets, garbage bags, paper towels, soap, toilet paper, foil and baggies. Super convenient. They took care of pool, garbage and lawn and leaving was a breeze, they take of everything. Perfect home for children.

Great space for a large family get together. The heated pool was and added bonus!

The place was big and spacious with plenty of separate spaces to spread out. A couple of issues made it less than it could have been. 1. It was not very well cleaned when we arrived. Dirty fridge, unclean vents, tubs with hair, bugs and a moldy look. 2. The standalone gas grill had no propane. The built in grill only had two burners that worked and the regulator looked to be defective as one burner was throwing flames out the front and back. With a better cleaning service and the grill fixed or propane available in the standalone grill, we’d consider staying here again.

Great Family Vacation

The property was a really nice rental. My husband and I brought out two adult chicken with spouses and their four kids. The house had enough room for all. There was a lot to do in the area but we were in the in ground pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find it heated. It made a big difference. We would definitely stay again!
