The room was filthy. My wife had to buy cleaning supplies to clean a room herself. I reserved a room with two queen size beds. We were downgraded to two double beds. There was dead bugs all over the bedside stand. My daughter had a spider crawl out of her pillowcase. When I told them they did not inform me of the downgrade they said they didn’t have to because the place is under renovations. They did not offer no refund. We only stayed two nights and then we ended up getting another hotel room at another hotel. I complained about the smell of drugs to the front desk and they said that it’s legal in New York so the cops won’t do nothing about it. There was no coffee. There was no phone in the room every time the fridge was opened up it smelt like sewage the elevator stock. The doors wouldn’t open. The pool was closed. Dining room was not even open. The bar wasn’t open. They had towels to help seal The skylight just outside the fourth floor elevator. I had a dog chase me and my kids and my wife down the hall. I said something about it. They said it was a service animal . Service animals are trained not to chase not to pull on leashes. It was a horrible experience the whole way around. I will never stay there again. If I could give them a 0 I would but it has to be at least a 1.
