"This was a lovely old farmhouse on a beautiful, peaceful property. We were there for our parents' life celebration. It was spacious and overall very clean, except for a few issues that I prefer to speak with the owner about, as it wouldn't affect whether we would rent again or not. If you're looking to be out in the country, but with groceries/restaurants within 20 mins or so. This is the place for you. "

"The place was perfect! Very clean, great location. Wineries , Hiking and fishing were all close. We spent most of our evenings relaxing at the fire pit. The additional welcome basket with restaurant suggestions and other activities topped it off. Thanks for a great weekend !"

"The only issue was the steps down to the dock. We knew there were some but did not realize how steep it was. Sadly my husband has COPD and it was a difficult climb down and up. Once he got down there he had tostay because he could only get up the steps once. Other than that the place was lovely and we enjoyed our stay."

"Kathy is a sweetheart - and saved our annual fishing trip! I booked the wrong week on accident, and realized it on our travel day. I messaged Kathy, she was quick to respond and accommodated our date change with no hassle... and even had time to make us fresh (delicious!) cookies with less than 4 hour notice. She met us at check in, gave us the tour and was always available.The property is better than the pictures... quiet and secluded, and we caught fish for about 6 straight hours! The pond is...

"Lakeside Acres has set the highest standard of cleanliness, supplies, communication for a relaxing stay. Everything necessary for a complete vacation is stocked. Pool, games of all sorts, pin ball machine, hot tub, kayaks, and much more. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, and pots and pans. Would highly recommend staying at Lakeside Acres."

"Property was beautiful, overlooking the lake, with a nice porch and some chairs to enjoy the view. We actually met the owner in person while our son was riding his bike, and had a lovely conversation with him...and later during our stay our son played for a bit with his grandson, which was awesome. Home met our needs for my somewhat handicapped father, with 2 entrances and 2 steps to enter (smaller step on the porch and to enter through the slider). Jim went above and beyond by laying down...
