Lovely Home
This charming home pairs elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere perfectly. When we weren't exploring the area, we found the living room to be a spacious and cozy retreat for all of us to relax together. I'm hopeful for another chance to make memories in this delightful home.

Wonderful Home!
This by far was one of the best homes my family and friends have had the pleasure of staying. When we first walked in, we were welcomed by such a beautiful smell. cute historical house in great location!
stayed here with my immediate family including my 2 year old nephew. the house is SO cute and loved that we could walk places from it, including the waterwheel restaurant. the host even messaged me with some recommended things to do and see! whether you have a small group, large group, friends, or family, this is the perfect house no matter who you're traveling with!

Beautiful for Christmas
We had a wonderful time at the Manse. It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas! It had all the amenities we needed. Very convenient to visiting the Homestead, and the Waterweel restaurant next door. The Garden Cafe and gallery is not to be missed, either. The manse very comfortably accommodated us and all communication was clear. Definitely recommend!

The Manse is an incredible home and we had a great stay for a girls weekend. The home is beautifully decorated, has really neat history and huge bedrooms that were so cozy and comfortable. Leigh was wonderful at helping with anything we needed. Highly recommend staying here, we are hoping to come back someday!

SISTERS' ANNUAL GET TOGETHER
THE MANSE WAS JUST PERFECT FOR US. I SLEPT IN THE PEARL BEDROOM. THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING. WE LOVED THE COFFEE STATION, THE PELLET STOVE, THE WARM SPRINGS, ALL OF THE HISTORY SURROUNDING US.

A visit with friends at The Manse
There were 4 of us—my husband and I and our friends from Canada. We were also meeting other friends who rented another house. The first night we enjoyed a happy hour in 4 seasons porch and then cooked. The other evenings we went out to eat. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment and was easy to cook in. We enjoyed the patio with fire pit every night and loved it. Patio was probably our favorite space. I We appreciated the ambiance of an older house with original wooden floors, their creaks and all.

Meets Expectations
Plenty of space for all guests. Enjoyed playing chess and card games from the game cabinet. Wifi was most needed as surrounding areas had no service. Bedrooms did not have TVs.

Warm Springs getaway
We stayed at this lovely property to celebrate my Mothers 75th and my Aunt’s July birthdays. It was spacious, well decorated and well furnished in each room. We loved looking at all the artwork and tasteful decor. We enjoyed cooking breakfasts in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen every morning. The Warm Springs gallery and cafe had wonderful salads and snacks for lunch. Fun antique stops nearby and a short drive to Hot Springs as well. We enjoyed the newly renovated baths both days - such a lovely treat!! We also had excellent dinners at the Tavern Inn and the Gristmill Inn (with walking distance). Warm Springs is a lovely town and Leah was a wonderful host with great communication. We hope to return to the Manse again soon. It was the perfect relaxing spot for our ladies getaway!

Unique and enjoyable stay. Surrounding area was beautiful and far enough from the crowds of Lexington. The property provided enough space for a large group so that we did not feel like we were on top of each other.

Great location. Roomy and nicely decorated. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped
The Manse is roomy and comfortable once we found the thermostat and turned the heat on. We loved the decor and the location. We couldn’t turn on the pellet stove or gas logs. The Smart TV was also too High tech for us elderly ladies

Amazing Home
We had a fabulous time at Leigh’s home. It is so beautiful and restful. We all wished we could have stayed a few more days! The home had every convenience. Nice plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans. Ideal for a family gathering or a quiet getaway. We enjoyed walking around the town and taking in the beautiful views. Certainly hope to visit again!

Family celebration
Our immediate family came here to celebrate a family birthday. The ages ranged from 5 to 75 and it was a wonderful place for everyone! Great house with a great kitchen and decorated so nice, beautiful yard for the children to run and play games. The locations was great, just a short drive to any activity you wanted to participate in. Our family had a wonderful time and took home many great memories!

We had a great stay at the Manse. As a rental property owner myself, Leigh's attention to detail for her renters is amazing. Everything from high quality towels and linens, to bathroom necessities and doggy bowls. She had clear information and instructions for everything. I would definitely recommend for a getaway.

The house is amazing. So much space and so well decorated. We loved the fireplace in the room that reminds me of a pub and the sunny side porch. The kitchen had everything you need and is so modern. We are already making plans to return.

Great Stay at The Manse
The Manse worked out great for our group of 6. Four bedrooms upstairs and 1 master downstairs offered plenty of room options. The home offers a lot of features like the hearth room for hanging out and nice yard for the kids to run around. if you need it. Leigh is a great host and very responsive to any request and offered suggestions in the area. She was very accommodating throughout our week there. The location of the home is right in the center of Warm Springs with a nice restaurant about a 1 minute walk. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes way and you are about 10 minutes to the center of Hot Springs/Homestead. It's a really nice home in a great area.

Wonderful quiet getaway
This house was wicked cool. We loved the history of it and there was so much charm. It was centrally located for us so that within an hour, we could do a variety of activities. We visited Lost World Caverns in WV, the Omni Homestead, the Greenbrier Resort in WV, a few different hikes / scenic drives, and the beach at Douthat State Park. Our friends also have an arthritic dog, so enjoyed a first floor bedroom with her so they didn't have to go up stairs repeatedly. The back deck was a bit for relaxing at night.

Family gathering for my mom’s 75th birthday.
We had an awesome stay at the Manse. We love the Omni Homestead’s paid activities so we rented the Manse so my family, my sister’s family and my parents could all spend time together. We had a few other family members stay at the resort. We were drawn to this home because my dad needed a bedroom on the first floor and a walk in shower that he could access. The shower had lots of handles for my dad. We brought our own shower chair and bed handle. He was able to get around and enjoy his first vacation in years. We also wanted to bring our sweet 10 month old cavapoo puppy. Milo loved the toys that were provided at the house for him to enjoy. The Manse had a crate on site, water bowls, extra leashes, dog beds, toys and more! Milo was in heaven. My sister did all the cooking. She was pleased that so many of the spices she needed we available at the Manse. The IGA grocery store was also very close. We had plenty of pots, coffee makers, toaster, etc. We walked every day around Warm Springs. My daughter walked to the library and got several books for her stay. We watched movies as a family on the Smart TV. We had access to everything we needed (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc). We loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future. -Jessica B

Great historic home!
We stayed here for a weekend to attend a family wedding. The house is so clean, warm and inviting- lots of little extras from the property owner make you want to come back again! Our family loved staying in an older home- so much more charming than most hotels. Property owner is so nice! We hope to come back soon.

What a beautiful property and a wonderful home. Leigh was wonderful to work with and so quick to respond up all our questions before we arrived. Gracious Host and great experience
The property has everything you need from a spacious kitchen to an entertainment room. The host responds very quickly and checks in to make sure everything is going well. The post office is directly across the street. Dining, massage spa and a small gift shop are within walking distance.

We spent Christmas here 2 adult age kids, grandma and my husband and I. So much room. Kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need. The owner was very gracious and helpful - even called when she heard that an ambulance had arrived - and followed up to see how my mom was. Highly recommend! The property is beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The Best!
From the minute we stepped out of our car, we knew we’d picked the perfect place for a week’s stay in the mountains. The hosts have created a cozy, warm, and inviting home to share. (It’s even BETTER than the description.) The home is immaculately clean and the thoughtful hosts have provided many extras for guests like a convenient punch code entry, soft lap blankets, seasonal decorations, and nightlights throughout the home. The location is ideal for reaching our favorite area hikes, great dine in/out options, and simply strolling in the little village of Warm Springs. The hosts want their guests to enjoy The Manse as much as they do - and it shows!

Warm Springs gem
The Manse in Warm Springs is a wonderful property and has everything needed to accommodate up to 5 couples. Very well laid out, tastefully decorated with all cooking and dining needs more than met. My stay at this property was very relaxing and very comfortable! Can’t wait to go back!
Our experience was awesome! The kitchen & bathrooms were extremely clean! All the amenities were available as if staying in a 5 star hotel! EverythIng was easy from arriving, using the kitchen, access to WiFi, watching movies and taking great walks every day! I w joyed this snacking property and will use again this year! Overall a lovely property!
