Darryl, I am so sorry to read your review and hear of your negative experience in the Virginia room. I will say that both the bed and the two chairs next to the bed are new. I will have to check the mattress to see if a replacement is needed, but you are the first to make that complaint. Yes, there are other rooms that are larger, have newer/better show tub combinations, etc, but we don't list those with Expedia. It is always best to book directly with us so we can talk about your needs and make sure to get you into a room and that will better meet your expectations. As for toilet paper, it is a standard TP used in most every hotel/restaurant.
