Ferienwohnung Waren (Müritz)

Centrally yet quietly located on the edge of the old town of Waren (Müritz), just a few steps from the Binnen-Müritz, there are a total of three holiday apartments for up to three or five people in a lovingly renovated town villa. The approx. 120 square metre apartment for up to 5 adults and 1 baby extends over two levels connected by an internal staircase (incl. child safety lock) and is comfortably furnished. On the lower level (second floor) there is a hallway, two bedrooms (one of which is a connecting room - each with a double bed, one with a cot, additional extra bed possible, one with TV) and a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and hairdryer. The upper floor is open and spacious with a living area (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV), a dining area (from there access to the large, furnished balcony) and a modern kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, underfloor heating). In addition, there is a second bathroom with shower/WC and a desk. 5 EUR/day for a second car park. The harbour with boat and ship moorings, bathing beach, restaurants, shopping facilities and the Müritzeum nature experience centre are within walking distance. Garden furniture, a lawn with sun loungers, a barbecue area with a smoking oven, bicycle storage facilities (lockable, on the property), one parking space per apartment (one additional parking space for a fee) and free Wi-Fi are available for all guests on the property.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. (Please bring your own bed linen for babies.) To be paid on site: Tourist tax, if applicable 2. car park 5 EUR/day. A small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access in approx. 25 km.
