"My family was in Onancock for a wedding and this property worked out great. We had 3 couples and some small kids. The fact that there were 4 toilets was a big plus! We had to do some food prep for the wedding and the well stocked kitchen was great. The sunroom was a great hang out spot. My husband and I enjoyed taking the kayaks out. The dock was beautiful and the stairs down to the water were a big plus The hosts were very responsive and everything was seamless. "

"Spacious well-equipped cottage including the kitchen. You will find everything that you need for your stay was provided. The owner (Colette) was readily available and very helpful during our stay. Our grandchildren loved the beach and were really excited to catch blue crabs. The neighbors are very friendly and made us feel right at home."

"This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and historic. Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. "We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside, specifically the location. With our young kiddos, it was perfect for us to pop over to the park to play several times a day. The house had all the necessities, even a pack & play and high chair which were unexpected bonuses. We could hear a little noise from our neighbors, but nothing disruptive. It could’ve used a bit more cleaning and a water filtration system, but the house was great for our family to enjoy a sweet vacation together. "
