Our holiday home offers the perfect retreat for anyone looking for peace and quiet while enjoying the proximity to the coast. Situated opposite a picturesque paddock, you can unwind here and forget the stresses of everyday life.

Inside, the house awaits you with a cosy and fully equipped interior on two floors. The ground floor surprises with a large kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired - ideal for shared meals. A cosy living room with TV and games, a guest WC, a storage room and a bedroom with a French bed round off the space on offer. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and bathtub. A table football table in the hallway provides entertainment. Three further bedrooms - one for children, one with a large double bed and another with two single beds - offer a variety of sleeping options. The accommodation also has a baby crib.

The outdoor area of the holiday home is surrounded by a fenced garden, which is particularly family-friendly with a swing, slide and sandpit. A barbecue is available for unforgettable summer evenings. Enjoy the privacy and peace and quiet while your children play safely. For children in the outdoor area, the accommodation offers a swing, a slide and a sandbox.

The area surrounding the holiday home offers numerous leisure activities. Just a few kilometres away is the village of Hohenkirchen with extensive shopping facilities and restaurants as well as a play town, which is particularly attractive for children. For nature and animal lovers, the area is ideal for long walks. You can also reach various dog beaches by car, while there are three car parks right outside the front door.
