The Wangermeer Perle II is a charming semi-detached home located directly on Lake Wangermeer in Hohenkirchen and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. On the first floor, the bright entryway leads to a hallway, off of which you’ll find the guest restroom, the practical laundry room with a washing machine, and the coat closet. This leads to the inviting living and dining area, featuring an open, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area with a view of the garden, and an adjacent sitting area with a TV and access to the patio.

The staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a modern bathroom with a shower and two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and closets.

The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
