  • The "Kapitänskajüte" vacation rental offers approximately 65 m² of living space, features a private balcony, and is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach on the main road between Schillig and Horumersiel. It provides ample space for up to four people to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation on the North Sea coast! The beach is an easy 15-minute walk away. A private parking space is available right next to the house. The “Kapitänskajüte” vacation rental is located on the first floor of the building and can be reached via a paved path leading to the staircase. The vacation rental also features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and dishwasher, as well as seating for 4 people and blackout curtains in the sleeping area. Bed linens, a crib, and a high chair can be booked as add-ons. The visitor’s tax is charged separately!

Ein Balkondach sollte dazu da sein Regen abzuhalten,jedoch ist das vorhandene Dach eher mit einem Schweizer Käse zu vergleichen. Es tropft überall durch.Ein Satz Handtücher pro Person für 2 Wochen, bei dem Preis für die Wohnung, eine Unverschämtheit.Keine Spiele, keine Decken, um es sich gemütlich zu machen.Im großen und Ganzen viel zu teuer für das Gebotene.

Die Wohnung war generell schön eingerichtet und so wie beschrieben. Man hatte zu zweit genug Platz, auch auf dem Sofa konnte man bequem sitzen. Die moderne Einrichtung entsprach unserem Stil. Negativ ist uns der Balkon aufgefallen: zu sehen waren im Dach zwei Vogelnester, diese waren rege besucht. Leider war der ganze Boden sowie die Möbel voll von Vogelkot sodass man diese nicht nutzen konnte bzw. wollte. Hier erwartet man eigentlich, wenn man eine Gebühr für die Reinigung bezahlt, dass dies auch alles beinhaltet. Der Dreck sah auch nicht so aus, als wäre er erst seit wenigen Tagen so. Desweiteren waren wir etwas verwundert über die (gebuchten und bezahlten) Handtücher. Zwei kleine und zwei große Handtücher für zwei Personen und zehn Tage sind etwas dürftig. Genauso das eine Handtuch in der Küche. Hier könnte man schon etwas mehr erwarten. Wenn man nun bedenkt, dass in der ausliegenden Broschüre gleich auf der ersten Seite aufgelistet war, welche Gebühren auf einen zukommen bei Nichteinhaltung gewisser Dinge...Hut ab. Alles in allem war es dennoch ein schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend. Man merkt halt nur, dass hinter der Wohnung wohl eine profitorientierte Organisation steckt.
