I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Based on the room description, it was supposed to include cookware, an oven, and other kitchen facilities, but these were not provided. I raised this with the hotel staff, but they were not very friendly and did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology. ...

Perth Ascot Central Apartment Hotel
There was a problem with the room that we reported and it should of been fixed but was not. We could not use the bathroom sink for the entirety of our stay. I contacted the property to request a partial refund but so far have been ignored. I tried phoning the property too but my call wasn't answered. ...
