Had a great stay the hotel was excellent, staff were friendly, and everything felt really well looked after. What stood out most was their commitment to using Welsh products and supporting Wales. It’s exactly the kind of thing more places should be doing.

Arcadia - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Tenby
This place is absolutely filthy, it doesn’t look as though it has been cleaned in over a year. We would not recommend and still waiting for a refund as we left early. Very disappointing. Hotels.com you should take this off your rentals

Nice place....BUT misleading listing. (1) There's no Wifi / internet and no mobile signal at all in the property. If you stand at the top of the garden you get H at best. This place is an absolute gem of a find. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything you could need.The location is just stunning. Fully recommend!
