"This place was clean, quiet, calm, and EXACTLY what i needed! The property managers were phenomenal as well, super helpful and informative, while still maintaining privacy. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great views and a cozy spot rain or shine, look no further. There are a few other cabins near by, but it still feels very secluded, there's not much close by so come prepared for your stay and just enjoy your little slice of heaven. "We loved this place!! Like someone else said in another review, sitting on the porch feels like you're sitting right over the water. It was so comfortable, very straightforward to get checked in, and there was even spare coffee for us to enjoy in the morning. Right as we were leaving we saw a bald eagle battling with a duck on the river, maybe fifty yards from the patio. This was a remarkable place to stay!"

"We were up in Eugene to visit our daughter at UO. This was just the perfect spot for us. The Orchard House is walking distance to campus and other spots we love like Beppe & Giannis, Prince Pucklers, Hey Neighbor Pizza, etc. Booking was a breeze, the home was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed during our stay and will definitely look to book The Orchard House for our future visits to UO."

"I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!"
