"The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future."

"I was a bit nervous booking this accommodation because I've seen so many horror stories online but I'm so glad I did!! The host was lovely and could not have been more helpful. The accommodation was exactly as described and perfect for a family of four. The flat is close to the airport, literally down the road from a big shopping centre and tram station so everything is easily on hand and it was very easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and may well stay again if we go back to...

Hence unable to get into the property.Phones calls to and fro, fortunately the agent did supply us with the keylock number despite saying we did not have a booking.We were able to supply booking date and payment record.The next day the owners agent said she had to ask us to move out as we didn't have a booking and suggested that Stayz is a scam...
