"we love this house! We had an amazing time. The only thing disappointing was the overgrown grass that led down to the water. We were unable to access the water because the grass beyond the steps was too high. We had our boat pull up to the cove to pick up the family but was unable to retrieve them as it was too high and thick."

"We were very impressed with the nice updates to the interior of the home. The space was great for a mother/daughter/2 granddaughters weekend. We enjoyed playing games and watching TV while also having the pretty lake view. The host was very responsive when we had some internet issues and she got it up and running quickly. The beds and sheets were nice and comfortable and there were plenty of towels & supplies for our weekend. Really nice property!"

"Spent four days here with adult children and friends. The house is amazing! Spacious with plenty of room for all including several bathrooms. Gated with lots of parking out front, television in every room, and the host family put out several welcoming treats. The back patio is nicely shaded, we sat out there alot and enjoyed the birds and lake views. Air conditioning kept the house at 68 degrees the entire time. "We had a great time during our stay! We were in town for our friend’s graduation and we were about 30-40 minutes away from the Tarleton campus. We enjoyed the hot tub and having the lake behind us was a great plus. The house was very clean and Sam helped us every time we had any questions."
