Neat and clean, although there were some spider webs on light fixtures and in some corners. Was a little disappointed that based on pictures on Vrbo when I booked it was not what we got. Could have been that I missed something in the listing. The units view was the ally way and the building across the alley, and the garbage pickup early in morning was not something I wanted to wake up to. The unit had transoms windows above the doors with blinds on them that were closed but when there was movement in the hallway the light came through around the blind. Weekend excitement downtown can be loud. All that said it’s DOWNTOWN, in the heart of Wallace, walking distance to everything you need. Got to experience the big little city, with all it’s charm and history.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo - great location, had everything we needed, & bed was comfy I am also giving it 4 stars due to a poor refund for changing dates of my trip. I needed to cancel 1 night, did so way in advance of deadline & was refunded a total of 27 dollars! Was told it was because I booked during peak season, but I was already charged peak season rates:(. Did not feel this was fair practice.

The building and suite where excellent….I wish I had know that a children’s pop up amusement park was happening right outside the building. It was extremely loud and when it stopped loud music was still blaring until after 11 pm. It would not have bothered me as much if I didn’t have to get up at 5am to race SilverKings. Trying to book suite for an extra night proved very challenging with the VRBO chat bot….. I finally got a response the following morning after finding alternate accommodations.Overall I would recommend the suite but the communication with VRBO can use some fine tuning. Thx
