The house was truly as pictured. It was immense in size, clean, well cared for, and included everything we needed. We appreciated so much the welcoming touches, quiet neighborhood, and the gorgeous view from the living room and deck. We had a wonderful stay and are already thinking about dates for next year.

Amazing

This was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. The property is very well maintained. We had a problem with the TV upon arrival, but the owner was very responsive and helped get things sorted quickly.We really liked the location. Beach access was right out the back door and it was a short drive into Waldport for supplies. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Church retreat

This house was beautiful and amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will try to rent it every year. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for all is because I never could get the jacuzzi tub to turn on (quite disappointing for grandkids since didn’t look for a home with hot tub because I had this one). Never heard whether the repair guy made it or not. Presuming not. TVs were not user friendly and Netflix (which only worked in primary bedroom) stopped working two days before our departure. Other than those minor inconveniences, wonderful!

Xanadune Oceanfront

What a fantastic home! Beautifully decorated, updated appliances - loved the Jenair stove! Kitchen has everything in it you could ask for, including spices, sugar & flour. All the beds were comfortable, plenty of clean towels. The washer & dryer were a plus. The gas grill came in handy too. The only thing lacking was a burn pit for campfires.

Awesome Stay

The house accommodated our family very well. We had everything we needed and it was a pleasure to be able to use the gas bbq. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the path to the beach was not for seniors. We thought is was a straight path but instead it was very up & down. We were able to see the ocean and had some beautiful sunsets. Overall it is a very nice house.

The property was good. Not having a washer was awful!!! We did not pack for that! We had children with us and it was miserable not having a washer to use.

Great Spring Break!

This was a great house for our family and 3 grandkids. Plenty of space and short walk to beach in the front. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Would come back and would highly recommend.

Xanadune, with extraordinary views, was a perfect fit

The property was equipped to meet every need for a week-long, comfortable and with easy access to the beach, Florence and Newport. The views were extra-special from the many windows which provided an unobstructed view of the ocean. We had a minor issue which was very promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this house and would stay again.

Beautiful View

This house has a beautiful view from the upper floor living space and master suite. Plenty of space for our big family. You are required to provide your own paper products once the single initial roll provided has been used (note: this means kitchen garbage bags as well).

A delightful location for my birthday celebration with family.

Zanadune is a lovely home with great beach access. The photos do not do it justice. The five adults and three kids in our group all found comfortable places to play and sleep. It was a perfect location for my birthday celebration.

Amazing property

Xanadune was by far the cleanest, well stocked home we’ve stayed at. The location was great, you have direct beach access however you do need to climb over a few sand dunes to get to the beach so those with mobility issues would have some difficulty. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Spectacular

We had an amazing time with our adult children, their spouses and our two grandkids. Lots of sun with memories of building sand castles, flying kites, collecting agates and running in the waves. Down on the Alsea Bay just minutes away, the grandkids loved turning over rocks and seeing little crabs scurrying around, as well as adults raking for cockle clams and digging for purple varnish clams. The house has tall ceilings, spectacular views, nice size bedrooms and wonderful touches of fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and super comfy furnishings. Definitely will return again.

Dream House!

This property was incredible. The home was so comfy for my extended family! We did not fill every bed, but had plenty of people in the home. It was more than comfortable for us all to sit upstairs and be together. The proximity to the beach is, obviously, perfect. The wash off station at the exterior beach entrance was a dream as well! Loved it. would 10/10 stay here again!

Nice getaway

The house was great. Very quiet neighborhood.We had four single adults, and the separation of bedrooms was very good. Negatives: Bathrooms were too narrow for elderly parent to use walker. Would be nice if showers had grab bars. Need new matresses, especially for downstairs family room. One adult had to sleep on upstairs couch as the family room beds were horrible. You could feel the springs. Other than that, nice place.Nice little walk to the beach.

Loved this beachside home!

Our family had a fantastic long weekend stay in this beachside haven in March. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Complimentary treats made our late arrival with little ones extra special. Thank you! Right outside the back door, a short walk along the path takes you right down to the vast expanse of sandy beach! It was quiet and never crowded all weekend… what a treat! The kids loved it! Plenty of beds/rooms for our family of 6 to spread out and everyone was extremely comfortable. Wonderful ocean views from the living room, at the dining table, from the main bedroom, or out on the deck — can’t be beat. We found the kitchen to be spotless & well stocked, clean bathrooms with towels & toiletries to be plentiful, and the entire house was very inviting, clean, and nicely decorated. Waldport shops, restaurants, and bakeries all nearby and friendly. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
