Furnished for entertaining with a Propane Weber Grill and plentiful outdoor seating. The sandy pathway from your back door brings you to oceans edge. A three minute walk down past the Bayshore Beach Club gives you easy access directly to the beach. Enjoy 6 miles of flat beach to build sand castles, fly kites or watch the sun go down over a beach bonfire. A well-defined beach path is an easy walk, however those with mobility challenges may prefer to view the ocean from the deck. The ocean proximity is also perfect for the youngsters, you will have peace of mind knowing the sand dune creates a small barrier to prevent small children from escaping to the ocean waves.
Our 2800 sq ft home provides great separation of space and is ideal for a large family or gathering of friends. Features a fully equipped kitchen with many amenities, just bring your food and beverages. Formal dining room with ocean views & access to the upper deck. Upper main floor has a spacious Primary Suite with King Bed, 2 vanities, water closet, standalone shower stall & tub. Bedroom #2 is a peaceful space with bay views adjacent to a full hall bathroom with tub/ shower combo. Large open living room soaks up the views from the wall of windows. Sit and unwind by the electric fireplace.
Lower level accesses the family room/bedroom #4 with 2 full beds, sofa, cable television, DVD player, games and books. Bedroom #3 containing a queen bed and full-size futon, with dune views. A shared full bathroom #3 with tub and shower combo. Connected large garage with open parking to keep your car out of the elements and free of sand.
Beach access is located on the lower level. We provide beach towels and a bucket of beach pails & shovels. While the carpet is nice and cozy, it does collect sand, so we ask that you don't wear your sandy shoes in the house. An outdoor hose is supplied for washing sandy feet & a boot dryer for shoes.
Centrally located between Florence and Newport, 1 mile from downtown Waldport, where you can explore the quaint eateries and shops, 10 minutes to Yachats & a short drive to Alsea Bay for crabbing.

Dining room: Table with seating for 8, plus 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar and extra folding chairs provided in closet.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, Double Sink, 4 Burner Stove, Full Size Oven and is fully stocked just like Home. We provide an initial supply of Paper Towels, Plastic Wrap, Plastic Bags, Dish Soap, Sugar, Flour, Basic Spices, Salt, Pepper, Vinegar & Oil. Also, A Keurig Coffee Pot (initial supply of Coffee Pods) plus a Drip Coffee Pot and Coffee Grinder. Toaster, Blender, Slow Cooker, Large Boiling Pot, Various Sizes of Pots and Pans, Food Processor and Quality Kitchen Knives. All Dishes, plentiful Drinkware including chilled martini glasses, Serving Dishes, Cloth Napkins, Table Cloths & Flower Vases.
