Perfect little spot with beach access and standard amenities. Saw a whale right off the deck and had easy access to great places up and down the coast. Car noise from 101 can be heard but it’s not so bad at night. Would definitely recommend these sweet little cottages.

This is our second time staying here and we will certainly be back. We enjoyed going on some beautiful hikes nearby, and one of the highlights of the trip was spotting a whale right from the shore—it was such a magical moment! Evenings were spent relaxing with a cozy fire on the beach, which felt so peaceful and special.The condo has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, and we love how easy it is to relax and feel at home here.We appreciated the (somewhat)affordable price because life is just so expensive and this allows us to take some well deserved r&r time.

Enjoyed our time - the best views! Fairly clean, older stovetop and no dishwasher. Could use some hot pads to get things out of the oven. Nice place

This condo is in a great location very walkable to the beach. The views from the condo and deck are incredible. Even better than the pictures show.

Great stay!

My family and I had a great stay here! Very clean, amazing location, quiet! We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and took advantage of the short walk very often. Also a great location and close to several different towns with great food and local shopping! The only thing I would change is a bigger tv (the current one is tiny) for rainy days and more comfortable lounging furniture! But overall definitely would stay at this property again!

Birthday stay

My wife took me to the beach for my birthday! We had a wonderful time. Very cute place. Right on the beach! If you have a mobility issue, there are stairs to get up to it.

Loved the area. Quiet, not too many people. Gorgeous view! Room was comfortable and well equipped. Weather was better than expected. Awesome sunset second night. We totally enjoyed our 44th anniversary and hope to be back soon.

Family stay in Yachats

Exactly what we expected. Worked out perfectly. Will stay there again. Seemed pricey but, everything seems that way now. $80 for two dogs a little steep.

Short Title

We've stayed here before. Long before, in fact - when it was just a string of knotty pine rooms called Terry A While. The accommodations were simpler then, but the beach was as close and alluring as it remains today. The bed mattress had a big dip on the left side and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Thank God for the futon!

Beach getaway

Clean property, close/easy access to the beach. Very sparse on essentials; no shampoo/conditioner, empty salt and pepper shakers, very few coffee cups and drinking glasses. Because this unit sits right off of the highway, it was extremely noisy. Also, cannot check in until 4pm and need to vacate by 10am. Will not be returning to this rental.

Great View/Other Issues

The view was great. There was mold in the shower, the TV was tiny, the pictures in the listing are outdated, the couches were not in good condition. There should be a longer description for cooking supplies as there was not even measuring cups. The largest cooking pan was tiny, and we came planning to cook the entire 4 days we were there. The mixing bowls were all stained, some of the cups were gross, and the windows were really dirty. Screen shot all of your rental info before you arrive. When they say service is spotty they aren't kidding. You will not be able to pull up the info. Also the people who stayed next to us kept coming onto our deck side. It is a 4-plex and the people next to you may not have spatial awareness.

Clean, comfortable, basic w/great views

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. With a couple of minor exceptions, everything was in good repair, and worked well. This is a very basic, but great value accommodation. Note that "Free toiletries" is limited to a bare minimum of hand soap and a 3-in-one bodywash/shampoo/conditioner. I recommend bringing your own - especially if you need body or hand lotion because there wasn't any. I was glad I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. My hair would not have been happy with what was available. Management response and resolution was quick and helpful when we needed assistance. The location couldn't have been better, and the view is amazing. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view....windows were filthy. We have stayed at many properties over the years and this was one I would never stay again. Access to the beach was awesome. But we came to enjoy each others company also and sitting around watching that tiny tiny TV was what can I say unbelievable. Futon not comfortable. Kitchen was acceptable but please replace the dirty pans. Only 4 forks 4 knives really!!!! everytime we used one to cook we had to wash. Very disappointed
