Wonderful stay!! It’s quiet and beautiful, with easy access to hwy 1 to see other sites in Maine. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to this gorgeous state.

Lovely setting in the woods with horses and sheep and open fields. Very cozy beds. Excellent booklet outlining things to do and places to eat in the area. The hosts were very kind and eager to show you around.

My friends and I stayed at the farm on our way from Bar harbor to Portland. We loved staying on Denise and Bruce’s farm and would recommend it to anyone! It is quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants and you can’t beat the hospitality. Loved our time so much.

A wonderful stay for our family of 4. We especially enjoyed the farm setting and interacting with the animals. Hostess was very welcoming & friendly.

Excellent communication and easy check in. Very pleasant hosts. Pretty property. Perfect overnight stay before traveling on the next day. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely hosts with horses and sheep. Similar interests in spinning and knitting. Denise teaches spinning so if you want to try your hand, she has extra wheels. Only negative for us oldies- bedrooms upstairs and bathrooms down with having to navigate steep narrow steps.

Denise and Bruce are welcoming and very friendly. The property is beautiful, and we had a tour of the farm to meet all the animals. The bathrooms are remodeled and are gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

We had such a fun stay at the farm, and loved getting to know Denise and Bruce a little bit. Denise even took my husband on a short horseback ride. He had never been on a horse, and she was so kind to let him give it a try (with helmet of course!). We met the sheep, chickens and rabbits too, and walked around the fields. The accommodations are spacious and very clean. Both bedrooms are upstairs and both bathrooms are downstairs. Sitting on the adirondack chairs on our porch first thing in the morning, watching the fog burn off, is an incredibly peaceful way to start the day. But the stay was made most special by the warmth and friendliness of Denise and Bruce. Thank you!

Farmhouse Apartment

Nice little getaway! We enjoyed our one night stay here on our road trip through Maine. Denise and her husband were very friendly and I highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay!
