The half-timbered house is centrally located in the heart of the officially recognized resort town of Nieder-Werbe, directly on Lake Edersee.

You'll have views of the lake and the mountains of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park.

Your accommodation is on the ground floor with a south-facing balcony and large French doors.

The living room features a sofa bed.

Comfortable underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a photovoltaic system are provided.

You can safely store your bicycles in our outbuilding.

The apartment is currently rented without the balcony; until it is completed, you are welcome to use the garden.
