Good kitchen, etc. Cons: We had a heating issue... arrived to quite a cold house that took hours to heat up, and no heat working in the upstairs bedrooms when it was 6 degrees outside. so our first night was not fun at all. "Our 3rd year returning to this wonderful home in Calais! The close proximity to Montpelier and Stowe is a blessing, but the best part is hitting that dirt road on the way to the house. The community is so welcoming, always offering a wave or a smile. The house is situated on a gorgeous piece of land, walking distance to Curtis Pond.
