"The house was looking tired, whilst clean it could do with refresh. The heated towel rail fell off the wall; it was a quick fix. There was also no spare rolls of toilet paper. When I rang the help line, it was not answered. I left a message but needless to say they did not bring any spare rolls."

Could not get communications or anything from them even when using an account (which was forced upon you) nor the app. Book a Bach's logon process of sending a verification code just didn't work for both the web account and the app. The code just did not get through and the phone and online support was useless and could not fix. "Great place easy walk to town and around, enjoyed a half day wine tour"

"Unit was a bit tired, but still value for money. Unfortunately I didn't realize it wasn't fenced off - dog friendly doesn't necessarily mean dog safe, but I know now to ensure I book the fully fenced unit next time. Great location, good comms, highly recommend."

"First hostel I’ve stayed in. You guys have set the bar high. Everything from the beds to the amenities were better than some of the hotels and I have stayed at. Thank you so much for taking care of us."

"If you don't mind a bit of noise at night, place is algood. You get young ones on nights out there and they turn up at all hours. Can't fault the location. Room was tidy bathroom was clean."
