A lovely peaceful cabin in a private setting -and yet not far from good restaurants and cafes. The owners were both lovely and helpful suggesting places we might like to visit. We will be telling our Auckland friends to come for a weekend getaway!

Very good with a touch of countryside

We enjoyed our stay there. Lovely host who made us welcomed upon arrival. Complementary breakfast in morning was a nice little touch. Being a country boy myself I particularly enjoyed being in the small section of bush with sounds of birds and insects all day long and night. Thank you guys. 🙂

Lovely Property

The property was beautiful and there were several amenities. Breakfast was dropped off in the morning, which was lovely. The hosts were very welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. They made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible while we were there.

Very secluded spot, the only noises we heard the time we were there was the birds... despite the fact that it is only 50m minutes from Auckland it feels like you are miles from anywhere

Beautiful stay, exceeded expectations!

Thank you to the lovely hosts who made this such a special stay. We were delighted with the efforts that were put into the cleanliness and appearance of the whole property. I definitely recommend this little chalet to those looking to escape the city and recharge themselves in nature!

Was a lovely spot. Nice n quiet. Unfortunately we couldn't lock our door. Was very sticky and tight to open n close. Loved the shower with the look out to the Bush.

Why wouldn't you love a chalet in a bush clad oasis of fresh air. What a great time we had with a total experience of solitude, where everything was catered for. We received a gorgeous breakfast hamper full of wholesome food and juices. Thank you to the wonderful hosts who have made a beautiful retreat for their guests.

Successful recharge

Was so peaceful and natural...exactly what we wanted. had an email from our lovely hosts earlier in the day explaining check in so we were able to turn up and straight into it. they checked in with us briefly to make sure we were happy. Is a wonderful place and they have made such an effort to cater for all. loved the fairy lights inside. thank you very much

Second time in last 6 months and service is even better

Second time in last 6 months and service is better than last time. Perfect little batch gives you the nice country side feeling but still 30ish min drive from the city. Well decorated and very comfy. Have a small bush walk to stretch your legs if you feel board. Host is super friendly and very supportive. Highly recommended and will come again for sure.
