Perfect vacation!

This condo has it all! Rick has thought of everything you might need for an amazing stay at his condo. But, y’all, the views can’t be beat. We sat on the balcony and watched countless whales in the harbor every day of our trip. To get a closer look at the humpbacks, we walked over to the marina for a whale watching cruise. The shops at the marina were also great for a few meals, especially Point Break for pizza and salad. It was truly a perfect vacation.

Paradise

This is the second time I have stayed at this Property and will stay again in the future! The condo is beautiful and incredibly well equipped. The ocean view is amazing and I saw turtles and whales everyday from my lanai. Rick the manager is incredibly helpful, prompt to reply and extremely knowledgeable and kind. He was always available to help with what ever you needed. The area is very convenient to everything and the property is very quiet and private. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to experience an amazing Maui holiday. It definitely is a 5 star property!!

Winter Getaway

Great vacation spot. We are all about relaxing on vacation. We had a beautiful ocean view to watch whales breaching all day. We saw turtles in the morning and evening in the shallow water. Walking distance to a beach. Walking distance to harbor for exploring by boat. Convenient location on the island to explore north or south as well. Underground parking was convenient and felt safe. Home was clean, recently remodeled, and kitchen had all you needed for cooking in. Rick was easy to contact. Check-in was simple, even after an all day travel and nighttime arrival. Two travelers were a perfect number for this place. I think any more would feel cramped. Definitely give this place a 5 star rating.

The Best!

Do not hesitate to book this stylish vacation property! Has the WOW factor from the minute you walk in the door and see the amazing ocean view from the balcony. Beautiful decor with a comfortable vibe that makes you feel right at home. Everything we could ask for to make our stay complete and stress-free. The most generously stocked vacation home we've ever experienced! We can't thank the owner enough for the best hospitality and responsiveness we've experienced throughout our travels. I could go on and on.... Highly recommend this vacation home, definitely a cut above.

I'll Be Back!

Simply put, Rick and his property will be my go to accommodations for Maui for the foreseeable future. The property: Cleanliness: The condo is spotless. everything is arranged beautifully and there is next to no dust/dirt to be found. Location: The view is phenomenal and there are plenty of turtles you can see right from the balcony. It's right in the middle of everything so we would regularly stop over at the condo when coming to and from Lahaina/Kaanapali to Kahului or Kihei/Makena. Amenities: While we did not use the pool or the barbecue they were well kempt and readily available. Rick has everything you need for a Maui vacation in the condo and it's so greatly appreciated. Rick's communication is excellent and really is a testament to his care and consideration to those who choose to stay at his condo. This was a vacation to remember and Rick made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Words cannot really justify the amazing experience we had, but to anyone reading this if there is even a shred of doubt just book and you'll see what my review and all preceding reviews are trying to express. Mahalo Rick!

Excellent with lots of extras

Anything you need you will find. A greeting basket with snacks, fresh fruit and various libations. A lime squeezer for sprinkling lime over your papayas, any kitchen tool you might desire. The bidet/toilet was a first and fun to try out-I might want one. Fog free mirrors in the bath--I for sure want one. Usually I shop for upgraded toilet paper--not needed at this property. High end towels and sheets that smell good. Super comfy mattress. Did I forget to mention the wonderful view of Haleakala. Or the sound of the waves below the condo. There are LOTS of electronics. It took us a few minutes to figure out that the picture hanging on the wall was a TV. Reserved parking was a plus. Walking distance from the harbor with snorkeling and sightseeing tours and several great restaurants. The ONLY negative was that the ocean below the property fronted by a sea wall with no beach. But after a day exploring Maui, I was pretty happy on the balcony looking over the bay, listening to the waves, with a beer in my hand.

Great central location! Although we love the kaanapali area, this was excellent. During our stay, there were two car accidents on the highway past Maalaea to Lahaina , which backed up traffic all the way almost to Kahului. Once we were backed up for two hours and we only were going to Maalaea, 3 hours later we looked out our condo back door to see if traffic was cleared and it was still backed up. Beautiful, clean, property. Rick was very friendly and always available if we had questions. We’ll be back

Our honeymoon stay

Rick’s rental could not have been better. A wonderful central location, a beautiful view, and thoughtful details made this one of our favorite stays of all time. From the binoculars to see the whales and honus every morning, to the phone charger in the bedside table, he has truly thought of everything. We are so thrilled to have been able to stay here for our honeymoon, we can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Rick!

Maui’s Greatest Gem

If you want a central location, able to do some of your own cooking, see turtles and whales, this is your place. The owner is fantastic and very concerned with your comfort and having an enjoyable stay. You won’t go wrong by renting this perfect location.

Outstanding Condo

Not only was the Condo beautiful and filled with everything you would need and more, the location was amazing! It was close to the airport and harbor. We saw many whales from the lanai. The host, Rick was awesome. He made sure that our stay was perfect, and it was.

Great property and amazing experience overall

We had a wonderful stay here. The VRBO is high end, we felt so welcome and there were many added touches that made it really feel like home away from home. You can tell the owner really cares about the property and those that book it! We had a very fun time and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

This was our first trip to Hawaii. We stayed here 11 days and had a great stay. The condo was very clean and equipped better than any place we have stayed. We loved to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean. All new appliances. Having washer and dryer was great. Beach chairs, towels and boogie boards were in the condo. Very easy access to any part of the island . Small beach at the end of the street. Rick was very responsive and checked on us several times during our stay. The rental was great and we would certainly stay there again.

Perfect Location for exploring entire island

This property’s description and photos did not do it justice! There is nothing that the owner hasn’t taken into consideration to make this place feel just like home. Extra everything as far as toiletries go, all the cooking ware that you need, and of course more than enough beach items (body boards, chairs, umbrella, 4-6 snorkeling kits, floats, etc!) The view….nothing better than getting up each morning and just sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching turtles swim right outside everyday/evening!!! Centrally located to be able to explore, North-South and East-West of the island. Very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood and oh your way to new place of paradise every day. Rick’s communication and check-ins were prompt, clear, and more than accommodating. I have been using VBRO for the past 6 years and no other place can come close to Milowai and that is all because of Rick!

Great Maui Getaway

What a great stay! We were first timers in Maui, so the central location of this property was a big plus. We felt we were just minutes from about any location we wanted to visit. The condo was clean, updated, and well appointed. Even a nice bottle of spirits and fresh fruit/snacks upon arrival. So many turtles on the property as well! No complaints from us, and would highly recommend this property to others! Thanks for a great week on the island!
