The unit was clean and had most everything you need to cook your own meals. Disappointed about there being no coffee filters though. I had mine out to bring, but forgot them. I use a french press at home, so I didn't need to bring home more. I left them and hopefully the next guest won't have to buy 250 to use a few. Bring your own spices, which I always do. This place is located perfectly. Away from hords of tourists, but close to Krispy Kreme and Chick-fil-A..We have scouted other beaches, but so far this one is the best. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal and wifi, but both were fixed. We have stayed in several units in this building and they all are great. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent condo with wonderful support

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was loving decorated, very comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. The pool and grounds were perfect, as was the nearby beach. We enjoyed the location - not as busy as other sites on the island but still with good restaurants within walking distance.There was an issue with the drain during our stay, and the on-site management team was incredible - they responded to my concerns immediately and had a someone out to work on the drain right away. They were great about communicating with us, offered to let us use another condo for laundry, and even gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. They really went above and beyond.

Beautiful!

The property was beautifully maintained and located in a more secluded area yet centrally located for a quick drive to a variety of beaches and shopping. It was very clean. The beach gear included several chairs, towels, snorkels/face masks and a few sand toys. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc., but did not have any condiments like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, flower, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again.

beautiful location + lovely neighbors

Location was perfect for our family! We enjoyed morning beach walks each day, and the pool was a hit. It was close to shops + restaurants so we didn’t have to go far and just a small drive from the airport was amazing! Check in was super simple + we had a chance to visit with of the other residents and they were so friendly! The rental had lots of beach gear, and lots of sleeping space! We would gladly return or recommend to anyone.

Exactly what we wanted

The Air Conditioning was a concern going in. Management explained there was an A/C unit and fans. It was absolutely enough. We chose this place for our family of 3 kids and 2 adults and it was exactly what we needed and wanted. Nothing spectacular but we were expecting sufficient, and it far exceeded that. Plenty of plates and glasses for 2 meals. Cooler, ice packs and towels for beach trips. Excellent pans and baking dishes. Oil, basic condiments, and lots of ice for drinks.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and the best part was that it was right on the beach. Very centrally located so just a short drive to the main areas we wanted to go to. Awesome place if you have kids and need a washer/dryer in your unit. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Landing Pad

The condo was a great size for our family of five. It was fantastic to have a place to land, cook meals, and do our laundry. The pool, ocean view from the back shared property, and bbq were amazing. I know that some people have commented on needing to purchase items for their stay. The part that made this ok and touched my heart is that we could leave any food we did not cook, detergent, etc... and the families of the cleaning staff were able to take it.

Great Place and Great Location

We loved our stay here. The location is cental and close to everything. It is also low key and not so crowded as many other areas. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is within walking distance to a sweet beach with easy snorkeling and good for beginners. We loved our stay here and will go back as soon as we can.

Lovely Location

We loved our stay! We booked last minute because of a change in travel plans and the whole process was very smooth. We loved the complex, pool, and access to the beach. The pull-out bed in the living room was not at all reasonable to sleep on, so my daughter just slept on the couch. All of the bedding could really use an update, but otherwise it was a great experience!

That location near the water was fantastic. The pool was very nice. It had everything we needed in the condo. We had some trouble with the sliding door locks and the windows were difficult to open; The Wi-Fi instructions were wrong. And there were so many information sheets we missed we had to leave a key in the key box. Other than that, it was a very nice place, washer dryer was wonderful, air-conditioning and extra fans were helpful. Very clean! And nice sitting area outside. Nice little deli market down the street. Would definitely recommend it.

Simple yet great value!

We came back to Maui for a family vacation and have stayed in this unit in the past. Unit 108 is simple and kid friendly, and having floor level access is a great feature here. The unit was clean and had minimal supplies like teepee and paper towels which is expected, but utensils and cookware are definitely adequate. Our family was very pleased and happy with the ease of checkin/check out and will definitely look to return soon.

This condo was wonderful for our family of 6. It is very well equipped for preparing meals. The decor is lovely. The beds are comfortable. There is even some boogy boards and children’s toys for the beach. The pool is just a few steps away and the beach a few more feet away. We would love to come back to this unit.
