We had the most amazing holiday and felt our location was “central” to everything! We loved how quiet the area is and enjoyed some lovely afternoons at the pool! We loved watching the turtles in the water in front of the property, and the gorgeous sunrise views from the deck! Mahalo!!!

Perfect central location to go anywhere on the island, love the location of this condo. Direct ocean view from the lanai and you can watch the surfers! Condo was equipped with everything you need. Great stay!

Great stay

Everything is great in this condo. The only negative is the peeler was pretty dull and I couldn’t find a lid that for the food storage containers other than that it was very nice. So not much bad to say indeed.

Perfect condo

This condo was the perfect place for us! It was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook and eat. It helped that we stopped at Walmart for groceries before checking in. (There were filters for the coffee maker which was good because we didn’t think of that!) There were also chairs and beach towels that came in handy. And the view was AMAZING! We got to see the sunrise every morning from our balcony, and we could sit and stare at the ocean anytime we wanted. The location was perfectly situated between a park/beach and a shopping area, with only 10 minutes walking distance to either one. There were plenty of restaurants, as well as cute little shops to buy necessities and souvenirs. The same area has the harbor with at least 2 businesses that help set you up with boat tours. The park/beach is secluded and felt like we were on our own private beach. I can’t say enough good things about this condo! We highly recommend it and will definitely book again if we get the chance to go back to Maui.

Wonderful Choice

The condo was perfect in terms of the view and location on the island. Everything was as described. The kitchen is lacking some basic items that most VRBO‘s have (such as salt and pepper and some sort of cooking oil), but that was truly the only disappointment. The management company was very responsive to requests with an immediate response and willingness to help. I would stay here again without question.

Lovely location

This property needs a deep clean of carpet in the bedroom and couch. This was communicated to management upon arrival. They offered to clean immediately, but we declined because we didn’t want the inconvenience while we were there. The bathroom needs an overhaul as well. The location on the water is lovely. View of the ocean and pool is second to none. The lanai is out of the wind, which is really nice as it was very windy. Unit is close to the elevator.

Incredible Views and Location

We loved our stay here. The views from the lanai are truly direct oceanfront. We enjoyed sitting out there and listening to the waves. The air conditioning worked very well and the place was clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance to the marina, aquarium and a shopping plaza with multiple good restaurants and cute shops. We caught a sunset cruise at the marina and had a quick walk home. Less than 15 minutes to the heart of Kihei and about 25-30 minutes to the Lahaina area.

Perfect location

We stayed for 8 days and completely enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect. The ocean view with the patio was amazing. There is a small beach close by but to get a bigger beach is about .5 mile away but a very nice wide open beach with hardly any people. This is a more windy location but it does help keep the heat down with an ocean breeze. It is also close to the harbor so we took several tours within walking distance.

We were able to get to most places we wanted to go in under 25 min drive. There are a few a little longer, but the extra time is usually part of that adventure. Pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The couch pulls out for an additional bed. That was a good thing since we ended up with an extra person joining us at the last minute. You can walk to the marina that has several boat tours, small shopping center and restaurant. We did have a question and they were very quick to answer and followed up to make sure the answer was complete. If we were to return to Maui, we would consider staying here again.

Hands down Best Place to Stay in Maui

The location was perfect to explore, with equal distances to West and East Maui, and close to airport. The condo was extremely well stuffed and clean, and nothing can beat the view from the patio!

Wonderful stay! 5-star!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Great communication with Jenna, easy check-in, lovely condo, and that view! Whale sightings everyday. We’ve stayed at various vrbo’s for over 20 years and Jenna’s is one of the best. It’s well stocked with just about everything you need. For those who prefer to dine out a lot, note that Maaelea is a very quiet community with not a lot of restaurants. But it was perfect for us and our vacation style. We loved it here. Thanks Jenna!

Wonderful ‘home away from home’

Our stay was wonderful in every way. We saw whale activity from our lanai, cooked fresh fish from the outside community grill twice, swam laps in the very nice pool, walked to the Aquarium (a must see), drove twice to the end of the road to the sweet small community beach to read and snorkel. There are many great amenities in the vrbo incl beach chairs, snorkel equip, cooler, umbrella. We easily drove to shops and restaurants, and the bird sanctuary was a highlight. Having a parking space and laundry was great! We would definitely book again!

Great rental

This unit has a nice view. We came in February and were able to sit on the balcony and watch whales without using the binoculars. The property is very well maintained. Clean, comfortable unit.
