"Location is fabulous! Many lovely walks. Over to beach, down or up a couple of blocks in distance and then back along estuary or visa versa. Very tidy accommodation with everything you need. It was great to have the garage to use to store our bikes. Bottle Lake great for mountain biking not too far away."

"CNZ house is well located. Unit B is spacious, well equipped, fresh, clean, warm and very comfortable. The large conservatory room is a bonus when the sun is out, with table and seating at one end, and as a drying room with excellent clothes airers at the other end. My husband enjoyed the super sized TV in the lounge area. The kitchen has plenty of storage, and all you need to cook with. A lot can be stored in the large fridge freezer. The laundry, just off the kitchen, has a butler pantry...

"This property was exactly as advertised and we'd stay here again.Lots of storage area for luggage.Desk on the 2nd floor was handy.We liked the area, it was a good landing place to spend a few days and made a shift into the New Zealand time zone.Late February the area was quiet, and nice to be across the road from the Beach for walking."

"This property is in an excellent location - so central to everything and close to Hagley Park, which was perfect for our dogs daily walk. The house was clean and warm. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was excellent. We highly recommend and hope to be back to stay."

"Very clean, modern, with lots of well thought out details. Appreciated having a washer and an outdoor line for our woolens and sports gear. Street parking was never an issue. Easy walk to breakfast (loved Luciano’s!), the park, the Avon… The plug-in air freshener gave me a headache, but the space aired out quickly once we turned it off. "

"Clean and tidy property. Nice welcome, with both the heat pump and lights on. The bedroom doesn't have blackout blinds so if you're sensitive to light remember to pack an eye mask ;0). We had a car, and finding a park nearby was quite difficult. There are a few eateries nearby which is handy, but also quite a lot of street noise on the Friday and Saturday nights - particularly from the bar next door (but not too bad after midnight). "

"Good, heat pump can get noisy. Nice compact place which had everything we needed. Great location, will stay again."

"We had a lovely time in this super clean and tidy town house. It was in a busy area but the soundproofing was great so we didnt know about the noise until we were outside. A 2 minute walk to Hagley Park, handy for buses and an easy walk to the centre of town. Cozy beds, hot showers, keyless entry, great communication from the agents, we would happily stay here again. Thank you!"
