"This was an excellent place to stay. We were given a warm welcome by the host and several dogs! The tiny house was in a paddock with sheep, a horse and chickens but was so peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and, although compact, it had everything we needed including some breakfast items. We enjoyed listening to the birds and loved it so much that we wished we had been staying longer. If you want a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go."

"The sheets and carpet were dirty. It was cold in the room and the mattress was old, there was no way to sleep."

"We all thought 1st impression it was a very cute house. Very tidy and had everything provided for you. The host was very nice and just a phone call away. One thing that was mentioned was the number of the house wasnt visible for a taxi to know which house it was to pick us up at. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would tell friends of this cottage if they need to stay in Waihi."

"Only one complaint we tried to contact vrbo for the address and got told contact the host which we did but I was made aware earlier that she’s a shift worker so we drove up and down the street for over a half an hour and were about to turn around and head home but luckily for us the host checked her msg’s when she woke up from resting after her shift this complaint is not on the host we had better communication with the host than we did with vrbo the accommodation amazing it was clean and very...
