The room i stayed at was clean and presented well. When i booked the room it mentioned it can sleep 3 people, however it only had a standard queen size bed.

The propertys pool needed re lining not enough loungers and most were very old, the noise from the main road was very noisy for the money.everything else was old and beeds a re- vamp, friendly owners 👍

Love our time there, mostly love love love the bed, so comfortable and clean, didnt feel a bed bug at all. Highly recommend for families with kids.

great place to stay in Waihi
What a lovely couple Alison and Richard were ( apologies for any incorrect spelling of names), Very welcoming and exuding kindness which is refreshing in these stressful Covid times. The pool despite not being heated was actually warm enough for a long swim and the spa pool which was very clean was a bonus after my swim. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely motel- my only regret was that we didn't use the picnic table in the pleasant garden for dinner as we decided to go out for a very mediocre dinner in a local restaurant. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Property was so close the the hauraki rail trail and easy to get to. Unit was clean and well equipped. Great locked storage for our bikes and the spa was perfect! Host was a little over-enthusiastic and for some reason entered our room while we were out for the day (to open windows) Would definately stay again but request noone entered our room.

Hi, thanks for your review. For your future information if a guest does not put the red 'no service' sign on the door (red on onside says no, green on the reverse says yes) (which is hooked on the inside doorknob), ie no instruction either way, we enter and open windows, empty rubbish bins and top up amenities as required, perhaps you could utilise that option on your next visit which we hope will be soon

location is good, has back yard for children to play. However, our unit does not have kitchen facility which is not convenient.

Thank you for your review, I assume as you mention no kitchen that you booked a standard motel unit and not a kitchen unit, perhaps a kitchen unit would suit you better next time you visit

Unfortunately as you have left your review as anonymous I cannot comment on your particular room, the room size will naturally depend on which room you had booked, perhaps one of our larger rooms would suite better if you visit again. All rooms have ceiling fans to assist with ventilation on hot days, with regard to the room being dated, we are constantly working on updating our motel rooms one at a time, once again unfortunately I cannot comment on your particular room as you have not identified yourself in your review,
