"Zentral gelegen zum Bhf. Wilhelmshöhe. Gerade im totalen Umbau. Alles eingerüstet. Keine normalen Vorhänge an den Fenstern. Von daher kann man das Zimmer gerade nur voll abdunkeln und hat keine Sicht nach draussen. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück auch gut. Nur die Messer schneiden überhaupt nicht. Wenn die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist ist es bestimmt eine tolle Übernachtungsmögluchkeit. Leider wird auf den Webseiten und Buchungssystemen davon nichts geschrieben. Auch mit den...

"Nach einer sehr langen und sehr mühsamerAnreise, war die erste Meldung von der reifen Rezeptionistin, dass sie mich nicht im System finden könnten. Das war extrem nervig!!
Das Hotel ist sehr durchschnittlich und wirklich schlecht!! Das Fernsehen im Zimmer war kaputt sowie auch die Dusche!! Ich habe die ganze Nacht sehr gefroren!! Frühstück war ok, aber das gesamte Erlebnis war wirklich schlecht! Ich werde nie wieder zurückkehren zu Pentahotel, da es einfach zu schlecht & alt ist!!

"Great property. Just remember it is on the top floor and no elevator. Owner quick to respond when we had an issue trying to get into the property - original instructions we sent in German and hidden as spam. Great location - right across the street from the trajn station - no more than a 3 minute walk. "
